Supporter of Planned Parenthood, pro-abortion, supports illegal immigration and the NSA’s unconstitutional spying on American citizens -- Loretta Lynch -- Obama's Attorney General Nominee might be even worse than Eric Holder.
On Wednesday, January 28, 2015, President Barack Obama’s nominee to replace Eric Holder as Attorney General faced a hearing in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
During the hearing, Lynch admitted to signing onto a brief Planned Parenthood submitted in its legal battle to overturn the Congressional ban on partial-birth abortions.
She called the National Security Agency’s collection of American phone records “certainly constitutional, and effective.”
When asked who has a greater right to work: Illegal aliens or lawful immigrants and American citizens? She replied “the right and the obligation to work is one that is shared by everyone in this country, regardless of how they came here.”
Her nomination only serves the Obama agenda and the liberal machine. She has no intention of serving all Americans, recognizing the right to life of the unborn, and protecting our precious Constitution.

I fully am expecting my Georgia Senior Senator, Johnny Isakson to vote for her. It remains to be seen about the newly minted Junior Senator, Perdue, as to whether he was lying throughout his campaign. Time and votes will tell.
In either case, I am definitely not going to vote for Backstabbing Johnny....probably won’t for Perdue either because it is likely he’ll get dispensation from GoiterNeck to put forth a show vote no once he’s secured enough votes to appease her passage.
And for my comments about Perdue and ‘dispensation’, if he wishes to dispel my misconceptions he is more than capable of going ON RECORD NOW saying he WILL vote against her, before GoiterNeck has time to decide whether he has enough votes to confirm her.
They’ve shown who they are. They will confirm her with only a few nays just like they did all the others.
She also says that it is okay for the president and AG to ignore laws that they disagree with politically.

The BO strategy is to keep nominating someone progressively worst until the Senate eventually cuts their losses and gives in. They will justify their rubber stamp by observing that the idiotess is more congenial than the idiot, which is true.
If they do, they have proven themselves traitors to the Constitution, and to America. We would be remiss to allow this nonsense to continue. Or, we can just pi$$ all over the Founder's legacy, which is what we always do. Shame on us.

She was disqualified when she could NOT ANSWER 'NO' to the following question asked by Ted Cruz:
"Is it constitutional for the government to drone strike an American citizen ON AMERICAN SOIL WHO POSES NO IMMINENT THREAT?"
Well, I would be happy to contact my two senators if I thought it would do any good. But with the idiots I have “representing” me, I won’t waste my time.
If Lynch is the best the Kenyan can do, we might as well just stay with Holder for the final two years.
Did I hear that Orrin Grant Hatch is leading the GOP support group for Lynch, or was that some other traitor?
We can always know the worst is coming when the GOP “leadership” speaks.
GA had other good choices for senator in the primary, but they had to go with a familiar name. Many probably though “Sonny” Perdue was the one running.
I really think the whole slate of candidates for that position as it turns out wasn’t what we needed or really wanted. Even my choice, Karen Handel, turned out to be a backstabber after she was out of the fray. I am so disgusted with appeasing and duplicitous, self-serving RINOs.

We don’t allow cattle to enter without a background health and ancestry check which we also reqiure of legal immigrants who wait years and still go thru health and record checks. We also require that any legal immingrant demonstrate prior to entry that they offer a contribution to our society and not dependency upon it .
Yet we’re letting children and gang bangers in without doing any of this which has resulted in dispersing virulent new diseases (measles) and drug use which has resulted in unreported cases in schools where these illegal kids were placed.. Plus shoved a severe financial strain on local governments where they are placed .
Should any candidate for Attorney General supporting that practice be denied confirmation ?(Yes) (No) .Should those given this bypassed favored treatment who miss their INS hearing be deported fortwith ? (Y) (N).. ? Denied re-entry (Y)(N) ?
In “countries where an American citizen decides to be a “legal” emigree never mind being a seasonal visitor still are denied voting privledges. Own land in their own name. Face steep fines before getting kicked out let alone denied income and energy subsistance including food stamps, or bring in family members .
I (do) (don’t) believe we should allow such full citizenship privledges mentioned above which are denied by the country of national origin of the above, to a legal American immigrant , deny such full citizen privledges to any (emigree) (seasonal vistor) (illegal) if their country does not allow those same privledges to any citizen of the United States, .
While such a position will be condemed as defacto deportation particularly by the political establishment .Would you continue to support a Senator who refuses to support such restrictions ? (Y) (N) Does that also include erecting border barriers such as fencing designed to discourage surrepticious or uncontolled entry ? (Yes) (No)
Should any American citizen which goes overseas to join a foreign entity fighting against the United States (such as ISIS) Be denied re-entry (Y)(N) and their citizenship revoked? (Y) (N) Should that person be charged with treason (Y)(N)

How can someone running for this office even be considered if they are not going to uphold the Constitution? This is absolutely basic. For that matter,it doesn’t say much for the one who would even consider nominating them.
