.
And wind a Rhomboid antenna around the roof of the car too?
.
WhatsApp solves these concerns quite nicely, as 10’s of millions around the world have discovered.
My Bad.
The interactive version of “James Brain” is substantially better.
That said you can probably find it on you “Smart Phone”
haa
good luck
Me too, didn't we go to different High Schools together?
I still have a punch card!
That’d work! Maybe we should found the Frankenstein Radio Club, eh?
I hate it too. I had an old flip phone until just recently and it was a chore on it. It is easier now with my Iphone but I still don’t like it
So, in addition to hating texting I HATE APPLE !!!
I hate that they they to control my music.
I can’t tell you the number of times I lost ALL my music because they have their retarded control over everything.
You would think that there would be at least one or two BIG warnings that said if you continue with your attempt to “Sync” this device you will LOSE ALL OF YOUR MUSIC !!!!!
I Hate Apple
.
Bag phones are not outdated; they are the only thing that works in deep fringe areas.
.
The more antennas, the merrier!
Same with my Android tablet by LG. I don't think I've even noticed any loading time at all. I click on a page and it comes right up.
Like you, it's 'read only' for me on handheld devices. If I wanna say something, I'll wait til I'm at my desk.
Another point about using handheld devices to post with. I'm convinced that they're the primary reason we're now seeing such a rash of errors in punctuation, capitalization, spelling, etc.
Cool.....I’m in CQ CQ CQ.....
it gets worse for you!!

I like text messages. I have a machine shop and it is very noisy. So if someone needs to know something or I need to get in touch with someone I send a quick note. I don’t have to stop what I am doing or find a quiet spot.
And try to “text” them a schematic of what they should be doing or how they should solve a problem.
Good luck with that.
Will probably start with a low, long, horizontal, folded dipole for vertical TX/RX (more for local on 40/80, peaks all around here) and figure out how we’re going to elevate something more for a long skip afterward. We’re looking at two 10-watt kits (only solar power available). Quite a challenge for newbies? We’ll see.
Nice, I was just on that and then I went to this;
“Heat in the Jungle.”
