On the flip side, I buy Israeli products regularly, even paying more to get “Made in Israel”, and otherwise patronize companies that I approve of ethically or politically."

Check out Overstock.com. They have a sort of world market where you can go to pick out products from other countries. There is an Israeli section! 🔯

Same here, it pays off to be able to make beverages: soda, coffee, and more, in my own house. After all, if everything goes bad, and you can’t go to a store, where else to go in order to make it?

Yeah, that movie showed way too slow a progression into idiocracy. Add the global warming hysteria, and it all happens even faster.

Well, there is social responsibility, where a company does better and sells better because they contribute to a cause, however, it is important to sell in order to rake up the money to do so.

I can’t believe Starbucks is still in business.... McDonald’s coffee is so much better and isn’t ridiculously priced.
Years ago, I was a Dunkin' Donuts fan, but McDonald's won me over when they made that deal with Green Mountain.

I've never cared for Starbucks.

May I suggest this outfit:

Mystic Monk Coffee

They have some espresso that will stand up without a cup. They also have "Monk-Shots" - extra powerful K-cups.

And you don't get any more conservative than this bunch. When the Bishop of Cheyenne paid them a pastoral visit, they were all riding around on 4 wheelers with deer rifles. Proof:

That is the Bish in the orange headgear. Very cool prelate.
