Mysterious Lights Spotted South of Downtown San Diego

This video was taken by our NBC 7 crew in San Ysidro. Several viewers also told us about the lights. Some said they appeared to be red, blue, and green and kept flashing and changing colors. Some who saw them say the lights didn't seem to move,like those on a plane or a drone. We put in calls to the military here to see if they could identify what these were. So far, no response. (Published Thursday, Apr 30, 2015)

For that many quad copters to hold a formation like that for such a period of time strains credulity.YEARS ago, possibly the '70s, a reservoir in NY state seemed to be a magnet for UFOS. People who reported them were ridiculed.
Then one of 'em took some pictures of a giant V-shaped group of lights slowly moving overhead. The debunkers' lame-ass excuse is they were a squadron of hang-gliders with lanterns trying to fool the public. People who saw the film said the lights moved in perfect unison with no wavering, something no group of hang gliders could do.

It’s lights at the top of an unfinished skyscraper and the crane on top. Can’t see the unlit building due to haze.
It is a great video though.

I mean the news crew had to keep taping or what?
