I assume since she didn’t go the grand jury route there will be a preliminary hearing where the prosecutor will have to produce the evidence against them. Sherriff Clarke may be right, but it seems to me he is making a judgment without having all the facts either. I’m willing to see what is presented.
Good points. I said something similar when this started. I think I heard, “His spine was broken in 3 places and 80% detached.” I asked, “That sounds like a pretty detailed medical exam.” I assume that was the conclusion of a doctor when they did take him to the hospital and before he died. The fishy part is that conclusion would assume the detainee would not be doing much moving or be conscious at some point.
Based on experience, I doubt the initial reports are accurate. Reporters likely gleaned and embellished this from an “eye witness” from inside the van.
This is not about protesting the police killing a black man. This is another rush to justice by Obama, DOJ and Sharpton to make this incident fit their narrative of white police oppression in this country. And just like what happen in the George Zimmerman trial, and the Michael Brown, "Hands up, Don't shoot" false narrative, this green, biased prosecutor, Mosby, will have egg all over her face when these officers are found innocent of any wrongdoing.

You almost have to ask, what is NOT being reported while all these other dramas are being reported. This is seeming like too much of a grand stage and not so much like a true sequence of natural events. Don’t get me wrong, it’s news. But it is starting to feel orchestrated. Not saying it is, but...
