Star Wars 7 - Coming December 18th.
Two teens in Peru watch on their couch (shows just how universal this is going to be): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WG7W6Ggro5Y
Here's a reaction filmed at Celebration VII (rabid Star Wars fans (another group from Peru in the forefront of video): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U45U83OTops
A (Catholic?) priest's reaction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ayLZk4oNwuQ
It's definitely not just males who are interested. This young lady wore a dress that could have garnered as much attention as the trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFly3j7_hxg
And, as much as I enjoy Star Wars, this reaction video leaves me worried about the future of Western Civilization: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OwpCwlsss1w

Saying, you just are.
I remember sitting through the first Star Wars in our local theater. I was more interested in my date than the flick..... she was a dish!
Poontang, had he has not.
JJ Abrams tried to make Star Trek more like Star Wars... maybe he’ll try to make Star Wars more like Star Trek.
CRY???? Did he really have to cry? It almost makes me hope that they bring Jar Jar Binks back in the next one.
I remember taking my two sons to see the first Star Wars in ‘77. My oldest son went back to see it twelve more times, and he’s probably watched it many more times since. He’s 48 now, and called me when the first trailer for Star Wars VII was released. He’s still got several of his original toys from 1977: the large Millenium Falcon, the large Darth Vader figure, and all the character figures in an original collector’s case. He also has the original 1977 R2D2 Ceramic Cookie Jar I bought for him.
I cried when ET went home.
So you’ll want the rest of us to cry ? Meesah, you cruel man.
I cried when they took “Here’s Boomer” off the air. My excuse was that I was 8.
Maybe she'd go to the movie with me if I took off my shirt.
I'd even let her call me Chewie.
I'd have a "hard" time watching the movie though, if she was wearing that "dress".
In 6 years someone will decide to make a new trilogy, 7-9 and this 7-9 will become 10-12.
lol
“I cried when ET went home”
So did I. We had to cancel the autopsy.
Me too. ,course i was 10. Dad had tears too.
“And, as much as I enjoy Star Wars, this reaction video leaves me worried about the future of Western Civilization”
Eh, I shed a tear myself. Not so much for the expectation of a great film, but that it took me back 38 years. It was when I had hope for the future. Things have changed so much. When Han says, “We’re home”. I felt like I was home again.
Don’t forget tomorrow is Star Wars Day!
Yep, tomorrow, May 4th: “May the [Fourth] be with you!”
I know how you feel. I am looking forward to the new Star Wars film - for nostalgic reasons as well as “Star Wars fan” reasons.
That’s a fan!
