Not that any of this matters. I'm just looking for an excuse to post Emily Blunt pics.
Hey, Emily?

I really don't understand why Emily and a few other big stars don't just show up in sneakers.
Turn them away?
Cannes will get enormously bad publicity for losing the presence of some major stars over some stupid little rule.
And the stars will be the toast of the town for their principled stand.
This is a no-brainer -- why on earth would ANYONE wear high-heels to this?

Wow, they certainly have their priorities in order. That’s got to be one of the biggest problems on the world stage right now.

When reached for his opinion, President Obama stated that he fully supports the decision, whichever way it goes.

Not Guilty.

I’ve never worn heels, and I doubt if I ever will. It’s beyond me why they are even considered attractive.
There are perfectly nice flats that do not cause foot and leg damage. I stick with those.

Is she an Obama fan? Then she has absolutely no right to complain because obviously Islamo Nazism and their enslavement of women is perfectly acceptable to her. I’m going to say she is because it’s usually the Obama fans who scream the most about feminist issues while acting like crickets as Islamo Nazis rape little girls.
Oh yes, how about that, she has a crush on him......

Blunt addressed Tuesday's reported ban on women's flat shoes on the red carpet while speaking during a press conference for her film "Sicario," calling the move "very disappointing."
Who said they could talk to her?
To: BenLurkin
Well, Emily, I hate flats. I like a heel of some sort almost all the time——if it’s a sandal, I like a cork wedge. And I love pumps.
But I’m not going to try and force my choices on everybody else.
