What I meant was this.
There is a group of people. Those people swear up and down that they are rock ribbed right wingers. They put their support behind conservative candidates. Then, when the chips are down, they turn on a dime, abandon that candidate and everything that candidate stands for and votes for an open liberal or one that declares their willingness to work with, not oppose liberals.
What I am saying is that actions speak louder than words. Today, some of that group are supporting Cruz. And just as with Palin, when the time is right, they will abandon him, leaving conservatism in the lurch. They will then attack Cruz supporters for not jumping ship to whatever RINO the GOP puts up and they will blame Cruz supporters WHEN their RINO loses.

I would never vote for the Romney/Gingrich axis at all. Unfortunately, by the time the primary rolled to my state, it was over.
In 2012, there really was not conservative candidate. I guess Santorum kind of was conservative. But he was severely compromised by his Specter/Bush cult involvement and just not being a great candidate.
Just read through the posts and look for the people screaming the loudest. You will see the same names demanding votes for rinos, twisting things Palin says into gordian knots, fighting against long held conservative beliefs to defend/pass/elect pet causes.
You will see the same names over and over. I promise you won’t have to look hard.
Literally everyone on the national printed ballot was more provably conservative than Mitt Romney. Bu electing the Dem/not voting for Mitch and Jonbon, we would have gutted two of the biggest causes of GOP liberalism in DC, kept the house and still won the senate.
Look at who DEMANDED we instead lose with Romney, thus advancing liberalism in the GOP, who DEMANDED we elect lesser evil NO MATTER WHAT with mitch and Jonbon (and the barnyard buckaroo down south) and you will see a pattern.
Take those names and cross reference them with any severe PDS thread and you have your answers.
