During Thursday evening’s edition of Special Report on Fox News, Charles Krauthammer offered some backhanded praise of Donald Trump for leading a poll of presidential candidates people will not vote for.
The real estate mogul leads the poll “with a deserved 59 percent,” the pundit told host Bret Baier. “[Trump] is going to say how sad it is that I’m saying these things,” Krauthammer continued. “But, you know, this is an open forum and we have free speech. He has a well-deserved and, I would say, an impressive 59 percent.”

Somebody who loves the spotlight as much as Trump shouldn’t be so thin-skinned. His attention-seeking behavior got old a long time ago.
Trump’s ego pales in comparison to Krauthammer. I remember when good old conservative genius Kraut was writing speeches for Walter (Elmer Fudd) Mondale.
Lets be fair and recognize that Kraut is right about 60% of the time with his prognostications. Sometimes he’s painfully wrong and I remember when he and George Will and Rich Lowery and the Baier panel were snickering like schoolboys early on when they heard Cruz was going to run. Not so much now.
I thought Donald Trump was foolish to let Krauthammer run him out of the 2012 race. I’m sure he’s still smarting from it. Kraut’s a big boy let him take the heat.

Unlike Jeb, D. Trump does not adore illegal aliens, isn’t frantic for amnesty, and prefers the U.S. over Mexico. That is an enormous difference.

Trump later admitted he was dead wrong. Everybody needs to step back and think a little. Obama was just elected president. As president, he can put up blocks before people. Why would Trump borrow trouble and immediately attack Obama and have to battle him forever? He could legitimately give him the benefit of the doubt at the beginning. Does anyone really think that Trump really believes Krauthammer is a dummy. Trump was only responding in kind. THAT was what Krauthammer was implying about Trump.

Reagan served as governor from 1967 to 1975. He had changed his registration to Republican in 1962, but his views had already changed several years prior to that.
Last go around Trump called Kraut on the phone and basically humbled himself and then Kraut went on Fox to humiliate him about it. I thought Trump was nuts to do it. I guarantee he won’t this go around.

A real president would want people to have JOBS so they can take care of their family’s. They than buy houses, car’s, food and send there kids to school. I saw Krauth and Jonah Goldberg the other day and they were joking about the Trump insults and comments directed at them. They love it!!! It adds to their “fame” if you know what I mean

The Iraq War was an extension of the Gulf War. The invasion was necessary because Saddam Hussein did not comply with the terms of the Gulf War cease fire.
If you and Mr. Trump had made the point that nation building after Hussein had been captured was a mistake, then it would have been proof that both of you had some understanding of the history of the conflict.
Instead you are making the point that the entire invasion was a mistake. Thus, you are also suggesting that Saddam Hussein was justified in breaking the terms of the Gulf War cease fire: that he should have been allowed to continue to fire at out jets, obfuscate weapons inspections, and be permitted to enrich those several tons of yellowcake into nuclear bomb grade uranium.
As further evidence that you’ve been educated by CNN, you blame the creation of ISIS on the Iraq invasion. Yet ISIS didn’t engage anyone in Iraq until 5 years after Bush left office. There was NO ISIS in Iraq until the Obama administration transferred weapons from Libya to the ISIS precursor in Syria and then cleared troops out of Iraq.
