Amid his Wednesday night rampage at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina—killing nine people—21-year-old Dylann Storm Roof reportedly told churchgoers, “You rape our women, and you're taking over our country, and you have to go.”
Of the assertions in that statement, it’s the first that has a long, deadly history. In the late 19th century, rape was a frequent justification for racist violence. “To palliate this record … and excuse some of the most heinous crimes that ever stained the history of a country,” wrote journalist Ida B. Wells-Barnett on lynchings in her pamphlet Southern Horrors, “the South is shielding itself behind the plausible screen of defending the honor of its women.” Indeed, Wells points to a host of Southern newspapers that defended “lynch’s law” with reference to an alleged epidemic of black-on-white rape. In one editorial, published by theMemphis Daily Commercial, editors declared, “The commission of this crime grows more frequent every year,” and, “There is no longer a restraint upon the brute passion of the Negro.”
As Wells-Barnett would show, however, there was no substance to the charge. “The world knows that the crime of rape was unknown during four years of civil war, when the white women of the South were at the mercy of the race which is all at once charged with being a bestial one,” she writes. In reality, these accusations of rape were often covers for consensual—and taboo—relationships between black men and white women. “Whites could not countenance the idea of a white woman desiring sex with a Negro, thus any physical relationship between a white woman and a black man had, by definition, to be an unwanted assault,” writes historian Philip Dray, describing Wells-Barnett’s argument in his book At the Hands of Persons Unknown: The Lynching of Black America.

Yes, those are high rates. But your claim was not that they were high, but that they are the highest in the world.
Which means you need to provide evidence of violent crime rates from other countries.
The problem with doing so being that rape, assault, etc. are defined and compiled differently in different countries. Rape, in particular, varies wildly in definition. In some countries, women who report being raped are shunned or even imprisoned or executed. In these countries, one would expect a low number of reported rapes. :)
OTOH, homicide has a reasonably consistent definition. There’s a body or there isn’t.
My analysis proceeded on the not illogical assumption that countries with high murder rates also probably have high rates of rape, assault and robbery.
But if you can find consistent statistics that support your position, I’d like to see them.
Keep in mind that I was responding to your claim that X is a fact. It is therefore your responsibility, when questioned, to provide evidence that X is a fact.
Guy isn’t a felon. From what I understand, he has been charged but not convicted of a felony, and was therefore ineligible to buy a gun legally.
In America, a white female is 400 times more likely to be raped by a black male than a black female is to be raped by a white male.
A whole bunch of games get played with these numbers, largely because they are crunched by people who don’t understand statistics. In which group I emphatically include myself.

Your murder rate numbers here are obviously low, since the source lists 4,000 some as unknown, the race of the perp not being reported, presumably because there were no witnesses to the killing. Or no witnesses willing to talk.
In my analysis, I made the reasonable assumption that the race of “unknown” perps was roughly proportionate to the race breakdown of known perps. So I rounded the black murder total to 7,000, which gave the 19/100k I referenced.
Given the Stop Snitching campaign in black communities, I think it’s reasonable to assume that there are more black killers in the “unknown” category than white killers. But of course without statistics there is no way to quantify this.
So I assume that actual black murder rate is higher, to some unknown degree, than 19/100k.
Per FBI stats, fewer than ten black women are raped by white men per year. Tens of thousands of white women are raped by black men a year.
And that’s separate from black on white violence called the knockout game and polar bear hunting. Whitegirlbleedalot.com is one of the few places actually tallying that.
He is talking about a history that isn’t taught in schools. There are a lot of white people that don’t care about the history because they can’t face it. There are a lot of black people that rather talk about the history because the stats of today aren’t in their favor. Both can’t talk to eachother so we’ll continue having these issues.
Those stats remind me of tv coverage of a protest following the infamous pool party in McKinney,TX. There was a black man with a sign that said ‘Black skin does not equal danger’. I think he may have perception of fear correct, but his reality wrong.

The guy was right when he said that blacks rape. They rape their own children among them ,and anyone else they can . Not all of them of course. But it is the way many of them live. Many of them arent compatible with American society.

When nonviolent crimes (burglary, larceny, car theft and personal
theft) are included, the cumulative totals become astounding. The
Bureau of Justice Statistics says 27 million nonviolent crimes were

of the robberies involved black offenders and White victims (while
only 2 per cent in the reverse). When all the crime figures are
calculated, it appears that black Americans have committed at
least 170 million crimes against white Americans in the past 30
years. It is the great defining disaster of American life and
American ideals since World War II.
All these are facts, yet by simply writing this story, I will be deemed
a racist. Because certain people prefer to maintain a paternalistic
double-standard in it’s outlook of black America. And THAT is
racist!

Only if you trust the statistics. Rape is one of the most underreported crimes, and it’s entirely possible that the least reported kind of rape is white on black. Culture assumptions have considerable influence on the reporting rate.
My guess is that white women trying to cover up an unwanted pregnancy are far more likely to report a non-existant black rapist to the police than a black woman is to report a non-existant white rapist. In the white community, reporting a rape to the authorities adds to a woman’s credibility. I doubt it works that way in much of the black community.
There’s also the fact that white people, on average, are much more likely to report crime in general to the police than black people, on average. Those two factors likely skew the reported rates considerable.
The black and white stats on murder, a crime much more likely to be reported, make it clear that the black on white crime rate is disproportionate. At best, harping on the black-on-white rape rate just confuses the issue. At worst, it causes the speaker to lose credibility. “If this person thinks reported rape rates reflect reality, why should I trust his opinion on anything?”
