Why a Court Blocked a New Anti-Planned Parenthood Video
Planned Parenthood’s critics can’t release video that might have been recorded illegally.

They let the animal rights people who film inside slaughter facilities, labs, and when they commit their terrorism/vandalism show their films which weer most definitely obtained illegally.
The young guy interviewed said the tape is prima facie evidence that Cell Express (or whatever) broke the law. I am sure Kalifornia’s “legal” denizens are all for squashing it, but tis only applies to Kali, I believe.
Yeah..the same people who had no problem with Romney’s 47% comment..
What is truth really? Can we trust we are being told the truth by Planned Parenthood, Administration, Congress or media? Is it possible video implicates a Congress member or administration? Or could it be the intact baby was a certain ethnicity? Who should we trust to tell us the truth? Seems to me we should be putting our trust in individuals trying to help the poor unborn babies being sacrificed.
This kind of thing doesn’t seem to bother the left when they record illegally.
It would be a shame if the Center for Medical Progress computers were hacked and the video was released by hackers in Bulgaria.

One of the bio-medical companies that buys parts of dead babies from Planned Parenthood (StemExpress) got a TRO to prevent one video that had their employees in it from being aired by CMP. Even though the recording took place in a restaurant, there is a question as to whether the recording violated CA law.
Apparently, what they aren’t mentioning is that one reason the company does not want the video aired is because the employees in question admit to receiving intact babies from PP, indicating that the children might have been born alive...
Of course, if CMP had already shared the video in question with someone else, and THEY posted the video, there is nothing the court can do. And the court’s order may be an illegal prior restraint in the first place.
But even if CMP decides to comply with this order, the court order does not prevent CMP from airing any of the other videos they have.
Stupid judge who doesn’t know the law. IT was recorded in a restaurant, an open public place. Therefore secrecy was not expected. The video was recorded legally.
Stupid judge. Wonder how many other cases she ruled on and didn’t know the law?
How does a local Superior Court block the release of the video outside of the state?
It occurs to me that this TRO might even be useful in building interest and suspense regarding what is contained inside.
This ploy might even generate more publicity for that particular video, and possibly even demands to see it.
The law doesn’t matter. The only calculus is whether it does enough damage to target that any law enforcement over any broken law is forced to back down in fear.
That is the ethos of the Democrats. So its ok for us to use it too.

Different concept of what is legal and what is illegal. If it promotes leftist ideals then it is surely legal. Conversely for anything conservative.

The purpose of wiretapping laws is to prevent citizens from exposing criminal behavior by agents of the US government and their proxies.
It occurred to me that since we have been pounded so much lately with “black lives matter” that if that poor little angel that was intact was of African-American descent then cities would burn if that video was shown and Obama would not be able to stop the ensuing chaos. We have heard so often that more African-American babies are aborted at Planned Parenthood and knowing what that evil Margaret Sanger’s intentions truly were in founding Planned Parenthood it would not surprise me they blocked video with some lame ass excuse. At this point I always begin with believing all involved with the money will lie to cover their asses.
