Enough Is Enough: Petition Stared To Ban Megyn Kelly from Hosting Further Debates
http://www.thegatewaypundit.com ^ | 8/7/2015 | Jim Hoft

Conservative viewers last night were very offended at Megyn Kelly’s antics during the Republican FOX News debate.

Twitter exploded with attacks on Kelly and FOX News for the constant attacks on the Republican candidates. Here is just one example: Twitter quote at link.

Now there is an online petition to bar Megyn Kelly from future GOP debates.

Here is the petition to News Corp:

“ Dears News Corps.,

Megyn Kelly apparently finds the state of our union amusing and “fun”, whereas the viewers (our fellow citizens) deserve a much more serious moderator.

In addition, she had a clear agenda to attack Donald Trump, by tenaciously clinging to his past rather than his vision for the future. She focused on Trump personally, rather than politically. Ultimately, she did not not live up to the “fair and balanced” slogan at Fox News and News Corporation.

While her disdain for Mr. Trump was evident, this peititon is a call for truly fair and balanced coverage of ALL candidates. Thus, Megyn Kelly should be barred from hosting or moderating all future Republican Presidential Debates.

Please support this position by signing it as well as adding your reasons to bar Megyn Kelly from hosting or moderating any future Republican Debates (she is better of hosting a Democratic Debate at this unprofessional level).

Sincerely, (Your Name)

Seems simple enough. We all know one moderate that could be converted with some effort.

That would total a couple million new conservatives. That wins elections across the board in a 50/50 electorate.

Told this story before.

Back when I was in the media, I worked with a lib who claimed to be staunch GOP republican. Never met a liberal he didn’t love. you all know the type.

He was an Editor that also claimed to be old school Lou Grant style. He swore the Associated Press was the way, truth and light. The day the AP released a memo that OPINION was henceforth acceptable in hard news reporting, I thought he was going to stroke. That was circa 2005-7ish IIRC.

The funny part was I had told him for years AP had been doing exactly that but his wilful blindness refused to accept it.

This is why you have ‘news’ as entertainment. It was a business decision. A literal one.

Interesting.

I didn’t know exactly when that became official policy, but I do know that hard news is a thing of the past.

I get frustrated every day when I read a news article and “who, what, when and where” are not in the first paragraph.

It seems to me to be all related to this social media craze and the internet.

People can sit in their bathrobe’s make complaints on the internet and think they have accomplished something because occasionally some weak kneed company succumbs to words typed on the internet by some algorithm designed to make it look like a consumer uprising.

Just for the heck of it, I pulled up the 2012 election debate in Florida that FOX hosted.

What I found was the same type of gotcha television with Megan Kelly essentially doing the same exact dance as moderator. Just different candidates..

So it’s not all about Trump. It’s about ratings and entertainment TV.

It was about that time the AP made it official and all media in print and TV go by the PA as if it were the bible. Of course they make up the AP and most people do not realize what that particular incest actually means.

They do what they want and the AP then blesses it after the fact.

5W reporting is a memory. And the H, How, got forgotten too.

Welcome to Idiocracy. As bad as you think the media is, I assure you, it’s worse.

In large part yes. But it’s also the ideal pressure relief valve and crowd control.

Why should I march on DC? I posted on Facebook! They heard me!

Megyn Kelly outed herself as a democrat political activist

= liberal, progressive , socialist,communist ,marxist = collectivist etc,

All the journalists are the same big time liberals

Their God is government

Their religion is socialism

All he needed to do is call her out on her stupid questioning but do it in an intellectual way making her look like the idiot asking non-presidential questions.

If Germany had Facebook in the 30s, there would be no Jews and we would all drive Beemers.

Yep, honesty is the best policy for Kelly. She brought on Debbie whatshername, the DNC spokesperson, for some reason that went unexplained, to continue the war on women theme. I wonder if the DNC Debbie was wandering the halls or had a previous invite from Kelly? The progressive democrat contrived War on Women was the least of topics that needed to be addressed at this debate. Our Republic is under assault from within and without our borders and real problems need to be addressed. Another Candy Crowley is not what the GOP needs for future debates. Fox with their Chris Wallace and Megan Kelly can do whatever pays the bills but I doubt that I will be much interested in watching another unprofessional hit job on serious candidates who they want to bring down.

SERIOUSLY!

No joke intended. OK a little ;) But kidding aside, Look at Facebook. Hell look at FR.

It’s human nature to vent and feel satisfied. We do it here every day. We preach to the choir even when we rip each others heads off. Yes, we have influence but it pales to what ‘asses in seats’ does when 5 million people march.

On Facebook they have an audience of billions and feel their rants are impactful thus no need to act. They already have in their minds. Again, human nature. We are all guilty.

If Germany had Facebook, Gobels would have had a field day manipulating global opinion and people would have felt good right and just about standing against the deaths of ‘innocent Germans.’

Because GERMAN LIVES MATTER!!!!!

Jews? Not so much.
