Your post contradicts itself in addition to being flat out wrong. Please leave the quackery to Dr Oz and the Oprah crowd.
Statins are powerful and effective when prescribed and monitored by a Cardiologist, and for some, like myself, they are the only game in town.
Where is the contradiction?
Statins are crap. They left me fagged out and headachy for 3 months until I quit taking them and looked up alternative stuff. Now my tests are uniformly good.
