An 18-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of a veteran Chicago police employee, who was fatally shot last month while taking groceries out of his car.
William Cochran, of the 11300 block of South Loomis Street, was charged Friday in the murder of 59-year-old John “Buck” Buckner. He also faces a charge of aggravated battery with discharge of a firearm, according to police.

Yes they are a violent lot and they over use the word TEEN.
An person who is 18 is an ADULT, NOT A TEENAGER. They can vote, they can serve in the Military and many other things only adults can do.
They do it on purpose to make the perp look like a misguided child. And then they have to go through the juvenile Injustice system before that judge kicks it to the adult courts. To waste time. To cause delays. All on purpose.
I’m not sure ugly Odumbo would have spawned such an ugly son. Man, that “teen” is high up the ugly list. Maybe this is another case of an ugly SOB who couldn’t get laid taking his blind rage out on others.

I remember when there was talk of forcing officers to move into the city limits because so many of them were commuting from outside the city.
I don’t know if that ever happened, but wanted to know if any of you know and if so, did this contribute to the targeting of police and retired police.
