That 7th inning was the strangest and ugliest inning of baseball I've ever seen in my life.

Yep.

As for tonights game between the Mets and Dodgers, it certainly won't lack for enmity. Don't expect kissing and making up after it's over.

I hear what [Dodgers] you are saying, and [Dodgers] could not agree [Dodgers] more. truly [Dodgers] I hope that [Dodgers] the best team [Dodgers] wins and that [Dodgers] good [Dodgers] sportsmanship [Dodgers] rules the day [Dodgers] .

If, however [Dodgers] the Dodgers happen [Dodgers] to win [Dodgers] , then I would [Dodgers] be quite pleased.

Looks like it won’t be an all-Missouri World Series.

I show Toronto as the toughest team out there but anything an happen I could see KC going all the way. What is it about those guys? Never say die. Did you here the KC manger last night when they were down 0-2? He said his KC team was in a great position at that point. They just don’t believe they will lose. I love it.

BTW, I have been doing my own MLB Playoff Fearless Prediction sheet for about 30 years with a 10-year average of about 60%. I rank teams differently than the media does and I think it’s better. If I knew how to show how post my EXCEL spreadsheet to FR I would. Mail me if you want me to shoot you a copy.

The 7th inning was hard to watch, I almost turned it off. It was a heck of a game tho!

I am going for the Royals to win it all since the Cardinals are out.

I look forward to tonights game. Go Mets!

October....best time of the year!

Been watching baseball since a kid in the Bronx in the 1950s. That 7th inning was by far the weirdest I have ever seen.

I do not fault Joey Bats for showboating. After that inning....both halves....It was a cathartic moment. It was a monster shot and it was a time to celebrate.

Not a Jays fan but good for them. Let’s see what the Riyals throw at em tomorrow.

My Cardinals lost. I'm going to pull for the Cubs to go the whole way!

Same here, but how many Cubs fans would ever pull for the Cards?

As for tonight's game between the Mets and Dodgers, it certainly won't lack for enmity. Don't expect kissing and making up after it's over.

I was a Dodger fan for 30 years, but now I HATE ‘em. Worst fans in baseball. VISITING FANS SHOULD NEVER GO TO DODGER STADIUM.

Baseball has got to get over the whole bat flip celebration nonsense. It was kind of acceptable when it was just the Braves playing grumpy old man, but this year everybody has gotten in the act and they need to STFU. Joy is allowed in sports. And when the heck did it become an unwritten rule anyway? People used to celebrate all the time. Then all of a sudden these boring grouches start with the “you watched your hit too long” or “you went around the based too slow” or “too many fist pumps”. Get over it.

I'm hoping for a Cubs-Royals World Series just to make the talking heads explode in New York. Nothing against Toronto; they haven't been there in awhile either, but I'd most like to see the teams from the two biggest media markets in America gone after the Cubs win the NLCS.

Of course, like a true Cubs fan, I still think they will find a way to choke. But I hope I'm wrong.

It's too bad that tonight is the last game of the Mets - Dodgers series........

I would have made it a point to watch it just to see how the Mets' pitchers dealt with scumUtley........

Oh well, scumUtley has a whole 6 months to think about whether to duck or dodge the next time he faces the Dodgers............
