Ranks right up there with "I'd hit it."

I have no problem with a terrorist watch list, but I have a huge problem with a "No Fly" list. Without due process, how can the government ban you from flying? I think the most that being on the terrorist watch list should do is flag you to TSA for the Grandmother treatment, each and every time you board an airplane. No more.

A family member — clean record, upstanding citizen — travels occasionally for work. He found himself on the no-fly list and had to go through a rigamarole to get off it.

He has a very common name. That’s all it was.

This whole thing is bs. If you are bad enough to be on the no fly list, would it not show up on the background check.

It’s a non issue.
