George Soros is calling on voters to âresist the siren song of the likes of Donald Trump and Ted Cruzâ if the U.S. is to effectively fight terrorism.
Soros, a prominent billionaire, Democratic donor, and founder of the Soros Fund Management LLC, wrote an op-ed in The Guardian titled, "The terrorists and demagogues want us to be scared. We mustnât give in."

You notice Soros doesn’t complain about Rubio.
Could it be that Rubio’s BOSS, chief of staff Cesar Conda has worked with Soros friendly organizations?

[snip]And, then there is Norquist’s lobbying on behalf of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Norquist’s primary interest in DC is Norquist. For his part, he is hitting the media trail attempting to combat what he calls the “bitter enders” who oppose the bill by trying to counteract the effect of “a handful of radio talk-show hosts who talk loudly.” Also assisting Rubio, Conda and Norquist in their Amnesty scheme is the Southern Poverty Law Center [SPLC], a Soros-backed group. SPLC’s history.
Cesar Conda sat on the Editorial Advisory Board with George Soros of the publication, The International Economy Magazine. He also actively worked to promote and advance Judge Sotomayor’s nomination. Conda was a lobbyist for the powerhouse private prisons GEO Group who supported open borders and government money for incarcerated illegal aliens. He also lobbied for the US Chamber of Commerce, who supports the Gang of Eight Amnesty bill. His paw prints also extend to the expensive bank bailouts, something Rubio claims he was against.
Conda is a domestic policy wonk. His government experience runs deep. In fact, Conda has weaved and bobbed between so many roles in Washington he was included in Roll Call’s “Fabulous Fifty” list of top congressional aides. He undertook policy roles spanning the 1996 Dole-Kemp to Mitt Romney’s 2008 Presidential Campaigns. Both Conda and Norquist worked together to destroy prop 187 in California in the 1990’s.
You understand that a good number of Trump supporters on FR actually refer to Trump’s wealth as a plus — that because he doesn’t take a lot of money from donors, he is not beholden to anyone. By putting Trump and Soros in the same sentence, I show that their arguments are faulty.
Yes, saying that Trump’s wealth makes him beholden to nobody is indeed “really sick.”
See my explanation for including “Trump” and “Soros” in the same sentence at http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3377377/posts?page=82#82 ...
You show absolutely nothing but embarrassing hatred. Soros is a monster.
5.56mm
Which shows, doesn’t it, that the argument that wealth allows people to be “beholden to nobody” is absurd.
No it doesn’t. Don’t be so arrogant as to pretend you made a good point. You did not. You were just being a Cruz supporter and the fact Trump doesn’t have to suck up to donors bugs you.
Everyone has an opinion. With the onslaught of mohhamadan slaughter around the globe, I have a wholehearted kill ‘em all let God sort ‘em attitude that leaves little tolerance for the enablers.
I’ve been afraid since an evil thug seized our White House seven years ago, and it has nothing to do with Trump or Cruz. I will continue to be afraid until (1) we have a real president who restores the rule of law, repeals Obamacare, protects our borders without Amnesty, and protects our God-given individual right to keep and bear arms, or (2) decent people win the civil war that Obama, Hillary, and their followers are trying to initiate.
The keyword here is “SICK” Theo.
In what passes for a brain in your head, you think Trump’s wealth makes him just like George Soros.
The fact that he is not beholden to anyone, does not make him equal to George Soros.
You’re really screwed up in the head.
You can gain comfort by knowing there are a lot of folks in the Cruz camp who share that problem.
+1
If Soros is against Trump and Cruz then what better endorsement could there be?

Well said!
“... you think Trumpâs wealth makes him just like George Soros.”
No, that’s not my point.
My point is that Trump fans who tout Trump’s wealth as somehow allowing him to be “beholden to nobody” are wrong. Being wealthy does not necessarily mean that you are able to always act with pure motives.
I am not demeaning Trump. I am demeaning Trump fans who point to Trump’s wealth as a reason to vote for him.
Theo, give it a rest.
It doesn’t fly.
In your mind it does. Quit calling attention to that.
You’re not doing yourself any favors.
To the point: Do you think Trump’s wealth allows him to be “beholden to nobody”? Do you think that because other candidates raise funds and rely on PAC money their motives are necessarily conflicted?
If so, then you are implying that because of his wealth, Trump is necessarily better than other candidates.
But *Soros* proves that such a contention is wrong.
Oh, is the diabolical Leftists scared? It sounds like it.
You are saying that Trump, because of his wealth, is more pure in his motives.
That is not true. Soros is an example of a wealthy man who is impure in his motives.
Wealth does not make someone a better candidate, it does not free them up to act benevolently.
