100 Apple iPhone 4S users file class action lawsuit against Apple claiming Apple deliberately is slowing down their iPhone 4Ses by inducing them to download and install iOS 9 which, they claim, made their phones completely unusable. Similar class action lawsuits about later versions of iOS on older models of iPhones including the iPhone 3Gs and the iPhone 4 were tossed out of court for lack of evidence. I suspect the same will occur in this case. -- PING!

Shoot, the GE CFL light bulbs I bought a year and a half ago are no longer being made as I found out when I went to order some more.

How do I get me some money for having to buy something better and cheaper now that they no longer make my model of light bulb?

Planned obsolescence and Apple? Wow. I was just commenting about this. This is one of my frustrations with Apple. That and the battery issue. Apparently I am not the only one!

It is getting ridiculous. After four or five years, just get a new phone. No big deal.

MS Windows 10 is the opposite. I can’t buy a new windows PC because the new software and hardware are both incompatible, so I stick with a 10 year old PC. Maybe that’s why it’s named 10.
