Officials say Luebke was found frozen in front of a home.
According to the medical examiner's report, Luebke "was reportedly in the area for a concert, and following the concert, a house party near the location from where she was found."
The report indicates the woman "was not dressed for the elements and noted to be frozen."
The report also says just before 4:30 a.m., a surveillance camera in the neighborhood "noted the decedent to collapse" at the address where she was found.

A global warming TRUE BELIEVER.
Many of the girls would be wearing just a blouse, skirt, and shoes. They wanted to look good for whomever they might meet in the bars.
This actually happens quite a bit. Get drunk/high and walk the wrong way leaving a party. I remember one story about a guy walked straight onto a freeway in LA.
I see many kids today out in cold weather just wearing a short sleeve shirt, sometimes shorts, and shoes with no socks. That is positively crazy during winter in my part of the country, Wisconsin. That is why I believe 50% of teenagers are certifiably insane and need constant monitoring.
It is senseless and sad that “friends” let that girl go out in the snow like they did.
I think people don’t dress for the weather because, let’s face it,a lot of people are never out in it. They go from house to garage to warm car to a parking garage to a warm office. Or from warm house to warm car to warm school bus to warm school.
I was kind of proud of myself when my kids told me they were so over-dressed for winter that they looked Amish.
No such thing as bad weather...just inappropriate clothing choices.
I always overdress in the winter. Keeping warm also keeps one’s extremities warm, too.
Going out in summer clothing in sub-zero weather is stupid.
Poor kid. The fight was probably about nothing (as drunken party arguments tend to be). And her level of intoxication not only contributed to her making a very bad choice, it probably also increased her susceptibility to the elements(alcohol makes you feel warm, but it actually lowers the core body temperature).
What a waste of a young life.
He was in the hospital because they had just amputated a couple of badly frozen fingers from each hand. Friends, indeed.

She was probably counting on Global Warming to save her .... should have never believed those lying Progressives!
Her street name was Lana Kane, presumably pronounced like Lanocaine?
>> without our circle of friends none of us would have survived to adulthood
Yes, but at the same time, BECAUSE of my circle of friends, it’s a MIRACLE I survived to adulthood. :-)
LOL also true.
These days, men have to keep their “white knight” to themselves. Trying to help a dangerously drunk PO’d gal is an invitation to a rape accusation and worse.
Women demanded equal treatment and, in the process, also produced an atmosphere where young men can no longer be a good Samaritan without fearing some sort of ill-founded accusation.
The death of this gal is one more data point in the disintegration of civil society.
When you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes.
We did New Years Eve in Grand Rapids, MI (great pub crawl). It was well below freezing. My wife and I could not believe the number of females in MINISKIRTS waiting in line to get into one of the pubs (LONG lines).
I told my wife, “For their VANITY they deserve what they’re getting”. She wholly agreed.
A similar thing happened in either Wisconsin or Minnesota a couple years back. The young lady survived, but lost her hands because the frostbite was so severe.
I have a feeling there are those that did not get it.
Oh, ow. Good eye.
