Officials say Luebke was found frozen in front of a home.
According to the medical examiner's report, Luebke "was reportedly in the area for a concert, and following the concert, a house party near the location from where she was found."
The report indicates the woman "was not dressed for the elements and noted to be frozen."
The report also says just before 4:30 a.m., a surveillance camera in the neighborhood "noted the decedent to collapse" at the address where she was found.

I think it was Geo. McGovern’s alcoholic daughter who died like this in Madistan, WI a long, long time ago.

Many of the girls would be wearing just a blouse, skirt, and shoes. They wanted to look good for whomever they might meet in the bars. Someone should tell them about those things called "coat racks".

This actually happens quite a bit. Get drunk/high and walk the wrong way leaving a party.
George McGovern's daughter froze to death in a snowbank after drinking in Madison, WI 20 years back. Sad for the family.

What ever happened to people looking out for each other when they drink? Never was a common thing. People have been getting dead after a night of drinking for as long as there has been drinking according to history.

Sad story. Alas a few of these happen every year.

I’ve never been to the Far North, and don’t plan to go now. It’s 68 here in my dining room, and I’m freezing.

[...] I used to see college kids walking to the bars during the winter shivering in subzero weather wearing no heavy winter clothing. Not as bad, I guess, but it took well over half a decade to get my eldest boy out of sh*tkickers in the wintertime... Slipping, sliding, falling down... because muks ain't 'cool'... But I knew that - Muks ain't cool... they're warm. And traction is 'cool'.

Lol! Yes here in Houston is pretty chilly right now. I always laugh when our local weathermen warn us that it going to be 65 this evening, don't forget to take a sweater if you are going out. I can only imagine how hard that northerners laugh when they hear that warning.
Brrrrrrrrrr!

What a waste. I have known a couple of people who froze to death, and they were better dressed for the weather. Cold weather (subzero) is nothing to mess with.

The last time I read about something like this in Wisconsin was when I lived in Madison, and in a particularly cold spell in late 1994, the daughter of fmr. Senator George McGovern was found in a similar state. It was the epitome of tragedy and waste, so sad.
Here in FL you can die of hypothermia, but you really have to work at it.

You are so right; men have to tiptoe on eggshells and keep their eyes averted to the ground.

Alcohol producers and distributors contribute to mass death, innumerable rapes, and terrible economic destruction....and they tell me its cool to drink.
