You forgot the part about bankers being evil, and the fact that GS is one of the biggest and most influential of the lot makes them especially evil. The fact Ted's wife works for GS makes her evil. That he's married to her makes him equally suspect. And the pro-Trump folks call others crazy.

I didn't know I was Canadian.

I would say the same thing, in the same context, if I had been American all my life and was being accused of being a Canadian. That's another reason I like Cruz; he doesn't take birthers seriously.
