I remember when Orrin Hatch was a good guy and one of us. Sometime during the Clinton Impeachment debacle he changed. Mrs. Submareener turned to me and said, “They’ve either found him in bed with a dead girl, or a live boy!” He has never been the same since then.
I get them from his campaign because I went to his website and signed up to receive them. I get tons on my facebook page and on my twitter feed.

Trump campaign has NEVER asked for money although I did contribute to the veterans event he held. I did that because I wanted to not because Trump begged.
I did read, in an article from Politico, that he received over 3 million in "unsolicited contributions". I have no problem with that, or that his campaigning costs are being defrayed with "unsolicited contributions".
The article as well mentions contributions that were returned due to their being over the allowable contribution limits.
Also mentioned were the personal loans he made to his to his campaign, and that can pay back to himself from contributions received. I have no problem wit that fact either.
So I might have to consider giving him a half of a Pinocchio for claiming he is financing his campaign. Why only a half a Pinocchio? Because the contributions were unsolicited. No reason for him not to brag that people are supporting him even though he is not asking anyone for their contributions, yet he has remained silent. At least he is not loudly talking about that fact.
I know how you feel...after all those years of holding up the Farrah Fawcett poster with one hand, she never had the decency to call and give me an atta boy.

I had no problem with location of birth...UNTIL I read that his parents names were on a voting list for the year he was born. Would that not make them citizens of CANADA at the time of his birth? Are their voting standard like ours?
Dual citizenship came into being, but I do not know the year. Our Founding Fathers wanted to be sure the person elected had NO OTHER Allegiance. Only to our Constitution and NOT to any other country!
It may be well past time for a court ruling or a constitutional change to clear the path for well meaning candidates. Can anything be done by the election this year? NO, If people had just questioned it and started 8 years ago we would not be dealing with it now. So much time has been wasted over location of birth.
Child with an American mother and no known father would be ineligible, I don’t think so! (Think about it...Clinton has a birth certificate, but is it correct)
By the way, Rubio’s parents were not citizens when he was born! That might need a ruling too. Not until several years later did they become citizens...Cuban immigration had some special variables in the law as I understand it. He is, however, a perfect example of a person wanting special treatment for immigrants.
I wish we might clear this all up for the future. All these illegal immigrants need to know that becoming PRESIDENT is not part of their American Dream.

I deliberately signed up for Cruz text messages and emails—and got sick of them, both for the frequency and the manipulative, aggressive content.
Just sign up, on his website. They don’t bombard, at all. Only send schedule updates and thank yous ;-)

Trump is the exception as he will not email you unless you sign up on his site or buy merchandise from the site. Cruz started bothering me with emails many months ago. Yesterday I received Cruz’s snail mail with his fake $45 check. He really thinks he is cute. I say he is mental.

I have never spammed Ted Cruz’s email. That would be impolite.
