It’s stories like these that make me question if I should have the “organ donor” endorsement on my DL. So many stories about going to harvest on a person who could make a full recovery.

Fact, I think I’ll change my designation. Anything happens, stick a fork in me and toss me to the medical school; maybe I’ll be helpful for a few good laughs at the worst.
If I can’t sell my own, or until the transplant side of things comes down to a charity situation, I’ll not be part of the game. The recipient will have a life-long $$ worry to begin (foreign tissue and all) w/out the massive tack-on from the get-go.
