If Trump wins Texas, I will need help.

I grant you if Cruz can't carry his home state, it'll not be good.

Donald Trump is, almost by definition, a politician. He became one the day he entered the race for President, even if you choose to ignore his political dealings as a “successful businessman”. He is shown to be dishonest, was caught lying at least twice at last night’s debate, and by his own words will do or say whatever is necessary to get the deal done.

Why does this buttload of people exclude him from their anger? I truly do not understand it.

What are those conservative principles you talk about?

Because no one has showed any in decades

If building a wall is liberal
If curtailing illegal immigration is liberal
If lowering taxes is liberal
If creating trade deals that benefit us is liberal
If banning Muslim immigration temporarily is liberal
If defending ourselves and our interests is liberal
If down sizing government is liberal
If defunding planned parenthood is liberal
If eliminating common core is liberal

Then I guess I am just a big giant liberal

I don’t care what you call it, I just want it done

Evidently rooting for the IRS is another of those “conservative values” that Cruzers claim to be theirs and theirs alone.

You know? I don’t really care. I’ve voted and I’ll gladly entertain your bleats Wednesday morning. You aren’t equipped to affect what’s going to happen one way or the other, frankly.

Do you honest believe Trump is being Audited, because he’s a Christian in name only. He’s being audited because the IRS believes he is a crook!

possibly, or he is being audited because he also gave money to Republicans or because he called Rosie O'Donnell ugly names. The IRS is full of vindictive little democrat/socialist stooges. I obviously am not a Trump supporter and I think there might be something to this Trump University scandal, but anything involving the IRS will have me taking the anti-IRS side. BTW, what is the possibility that Trump has a deal with Hillary where she will pardon him of any crimes, if he throws the election in the fall?

Never fall in love with a politician, they'll break your heart. I don't know how people like this will cope when the inevitable revelation comes.

Bingo! Great insight! Despite the romantic fantasy view of the infallibility of our Founding Fathers by some of the purists like Uncle Levin, Beck. This country was founded on politicians compromising and giving it to the governed in the kiester. Want to debate this...umm a little issue called slavery. The pantheon of the worshipped Founding Fathers bent over and grabbed their ankles, and compromised and 90 years later 600k lay dead at places like Cold Harbor, Gettysburg and Manassas. The blood was directly on their hands. Our Constitution is not scripture and is full of logic holes, vague language and outright bad law(no term limits, line item veto, no real restraints on the courts despite amendments to the Constitution). Point of my screed here is politician worship is not exclusive to the left, Reagan is a deity to some like Limbaugh and Levin.

Some get soooo invested in electing messiahs who parrot the right lines and have the right pedigree. I'll take Trump, who is 25% or 50% textbook Conservative over Hillary all day long. Cruz, well despite the angry howls is not getting it done at the polls. If his brand of Conservatism was really selling he's be crushing the field. Reagan had a hostile media, with no internet and yet he won the nomination.

Trump likes to make a yuge deal about lobbyists and yet by his very own admission he gives lots of money to influence political decisions his way.

What the heck does that sound like to you?

Yeah, DONALD TRUMP IS A YUGE LOBBYIST!!

The Trumpsters will say, ''Well, that is the cost of doing business."

Hogwash. It is the way people do business who want to to influence politicians to do your bidding.

DONALD TRUMP IS A YUGE DEAL-MAKING LOBBYIST

I hope I am wrong about Trump, but if he is what I feel in my gut he is, then there will be a lot of very disappointed supporters.

Don't sweat it, what you feel is likely the beans you had for dinner.

We already did that in 1994. And those we put in were open-borders, welfare state, global expansionist free traders. Fool me once....

“Trump U. grads get an M.A., Master of Anger. “

That’s cool.

Rather have that than a Associates in bending over and taking it from the Cruzio Community College.

Yeah, I caught that from him last night, insinuating that he is being targeted by the IRS because of religious persecution. That was a pantload, right there.

I wouldn’t be if it were true, but, unfortunately it is not:

1.He thinks affirmative action is okay.
2.He would fund Planned Parenthood except for abortion. (This is current federal policy)
3.He supports a progressive income tax. He does not favor a flat tax.
4.He doesn’t want to cut Social Security or Medicare.
5.He’s in favor of a ban on assault weapons.
6.He invited Bill and Hillary Clinton to his wedding.
7.He doesn’t “fully believe in supply-side economics”.
8.He wants to lead “from behind” on Ukraine. Trump believes that Germany should take the lead on Ukraine.
9.He hates the Iran deal, but he wouldn’t abrogate it after taking office.
10. A short 5 years ago he termed the Republican approach to immigration enforcement “mean spirited”.
11.He supports “touchback amnesty”.
12.He has supported/supports such liberal sacred cows such as ethanol subsidies, Kelo and govt. bailouts.

People who make determinations based on their emotions make poor decisions.

And, there are enough of them that we are going to get stuck with a really bad decision after super Tuesday. :-(

LOL. That's the liberal media line you are parroting.

Trump will become President and build the wall of that I am certain.

Trump knows how to win.

Trump is a entrepreneur not a politician like Cruz . politicians never do a damn good thing only raise taxes, grow government and let illegals in etc., only bad things.

They told American entrepreneurs the same thing (you can't do that) . They told Thomas Edison, the Wright Brothers, Bell, Henry ford the same thing.

Trump is an American entrepreneur. Watch and behold the power of American entrepneurism ! Watch Trump win and build the wall!

Perhaps the Hill article is true - but who knows since the author goes off on a tear providing little context. Where’s the link to the bill??
