Ben Shapiro Explains Why He'll 'Never' Vote for Trump
Breitbart ^ | 3/5/2016 | BREITBART NEWS

Posted on 03/05/2016 9:58:43 AM PST by 20yearsofinternet

While co-hosting his KRLA 870 AM and KTIE 590 AM radio shows in Southern California, Shapiro said:

"As you know, I’ve been agonizing on air over whether I would ever vote for Donald Trump. And I’m starting to come down firmly in the #NeverTrump camp. I will never vote for this man. I will not pull the lever for this man. I will not pull the lever for him in a general election or in a primary. It’s not going to happen. And the reason is that if conservatives never say “no” at some point, then they’re never going to have the opportunity to say “yes.” Because the logic of the Republican Party is, “the conservatives are going to be forced to vote for whomever we choose, that whomever we put out there, Sen. John McCain or Mitt Romney or Donald Trump, we’re going to put that person out there and we’re just going to make you vote for that person because they’re better than Hillary Clinton, or better than Barack Obama.” If you don’t say no at some point, gang, you’re never going to get a nominee to whom you can actually proudly stand up and say yes. You’re always going to be the sucker, because they can just take your vote for granted."

Asked later in the show about the possibility of Hillary being elected if conservatives failed to show up for Trump, Shapiro stated:

"Am I willing to risk a Hillary presidency not to vote for Trump? The answer is yes."

Of course Ben would rather have Hillary than Trump. That would be 4 more years of needing EMERGENCY MONEY to STOP HILLARY and get more GOPe Republicans elected... to keep sitting back and doing nothing to stop the leftist/globalist agenda.

But When McCain/Romney is running it’s shut up and vote.

This is getting distressing.

It’s distressing to hear some conservatives say they would rather see Hillary be president than vote for Trump.

So we are supposed to cut off our nose to spite our face???

We should just roll over and let Hillary be president, because of the Trump issue??? Really????

And let Hillary pack the courts, and do God knows what else in the next four to eight years????

some of these so called conservative leaders are full of it.

And you, sir, had better learn that the Republicans out here are fed up with the actions we're seeing from incumbent Republicans. Mitch has had control for almost two years. Please name ONE f'ing thing he's done with it? All of you have rolled over and played dead to the Democrats. To us, anyone who can fog a mirror and NOT roll over is preferable to you, Hillary, Bernie, or any other tax-and-spend Rino.

Apparently conservatism doesn’t matter to them as much as they claim.

And to think at one point I liked to read what Shapiro had to say. What a slimy little sick puke he is.

Trump continues to flush them out. “A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.” ― Marcus Tullius Cicero

I agree. We’re shooting ourselves in our collective foot with this stuff. And I say that as a Cruz supporter. In the end, I’ll ‘NEVER’ vote for Hillary Clinton and that means I will (effectively) have to vote for WHOEVER the Republican nominee is. At least that’s the only way I can see it right now with what I know.

Seriously (and I’m being honest) but who the hell is Ben Shapiro and why should anyone care?

Ben says he won’t pull the lever for Trump because he’s not a conservative.

I wonder, did Ben pull the lever for Romney or McCain?

Voting for Trump is not just giving the middle finger to the establishment, but flipping off the country as well. I won’t do it either.

Shapiro, Andrew Klavan, and Steve Desde have all lost a listener.

The general election is not the time to act to get a better candidate. It’s the time to vote to keep the MONSTERS out of office.

I’m sick of people who think it’s all about there own purity.
