Me too.

In my VERY humble opinion, music needs the three elements of Melody, Harmony, and Rhythm.

If one is lacking, then it is debatable as to whether or not it is “Music”.

Even in a solo performance of a melody, the Rhythm is there, and the harmony is implied.

Rap is missing Melody, so the best it can do is call itself “Rhythmic Recitation that sometimes rhymes”

My Pleasure! I’ll keep doing this, if you like.

If you have a ping list please add me. We have collected a large classical CD library over the years but the visual aspect, especially in superb HD, adds a lot to the performance. Thanks again.

My Pleasure. I have started a list and you are on it! :-)

Anyone else, would you like to be on the once a week breath of fresh air Classical Music You Tube Ping List?

Let me know. :-)

I saw two alto saxophones, no tenor.
I saw a bass clarinet, one of the more fun implements to play.
Second chair violin looks like she thinks she should be first chair.
Clarinet player's dress was inappropriate for an orchestral setting.
Cool to watch. Thanks.

Thanks. I haven’t heard this since the 80s when I had it on vinyl.

Oh...those were ALTOS? Sorry! LOL.

And you are right about the strapless dress. I noticed that too.

But I enjoyed how they sounded, so, whatever. (I wouldn’t be caught dead in that dress unless i had an absolutely PERFECT figure!)

There is something about Vinyl!

My version was on Deutche Grammaphone. I don’t remember who the conductor was.
