Faced with two estranged parents in utter disagreement about their daughter’s wish to be a boy, a British Columbia Supreme Court judge has appointed the child a legal guardian to protect her interests.
The father not only wants his daughter to cease taking hormone blockers but also to cease all contact with transgender activists or transgender-friendly therapists.
Though the case is about whether the 11-year-old can give informed consent to such serious medical treatment, which is intended to delay the onset of female puberty, the judge appears to have already conceded the point by referring to the girl by her preferred, male, initials, J.K., and accepting her male self-identification.
Her father, referred to as N.K., has persisted in referring to his daughter by her female name at birth, or P.K., in court documents, despite an earlier court order that he refer to her with male pronouns, name, and initials.

It’s not just children who recognize the powers of pretending to be a tranny; a lot of adults have recognized the same. You can generally tell which ones are genuinely mental basket cases and which ones are suckering gullible liberals by whether or not they are willing to butcher their genitalia.
Children should be careful with such lies, because then you get the evil liberal parents who will inject hormones into their children and permanently screw them up.

The government is taking away parental rights. The ultimate goal is to have the government be the only influence over the children’s upbringing, so the kids are taught the proper leftist dogma early on.
The parents get to keep the financial responsibility, but lose all control over the kids’ socialization and moral and ethical teaching.
Something the court didn’t realize:
Mandating this falls into the old cis-gender, binary breeder way of thinking, that recognizes only two genders. After all, every enlightened individual knows that there are not just two genders, but a whole spectrum, a whole continuum of genders.
The world is already insane, and becoming insaner.

I bet that killing a judge is really, really, really frowned upon in Canada.
That day cannot come soon enough.
No doubt a tough choice for him, and I’m sure there is a bond betwen father and daughter. Perhaps no fault of hers, but he has the option of becoming “estranged father.”

Their media covered the yeah, he got the right to have the male plumbing removed, but the regret a year later and desire to change back wasn’t.
Though this case is in Canada, it is happening here in the good old USA. They push it in the schools with the LGQTXZY agenda. It is disgusting. We need God back in our schools and lives. Though I am Catholic, I am NOT happy with our current Popes’ agenda. Along with Catholic charities helping to bring in the “migrants” for the $$$.
I agree with you completely that it is happening here, and I did not say it was not. It is also happening in Canada, which is where this particular incident took place.
The father should take his daughter and apply to the U.S. for political refugee status based on demonstrable political persecution.
The US would probably lock him up and send her back. Maybe he could take her to Russia. Or Iran.
