Freddie Gray Van Driver Found Not Guilty of Murder

Office Caesar Goodson, who was driving the police van inside which Freddie Gray incurred his fatal neck injury, has been found not guilty of second-degree “depraved heart” murder Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Barry Williams.

Goodson, 46, has also been found not guilty on charges of manslaughter, assault, misconduct in office and reckless endangerment.

For the first time last night I saw more “Big Brother” footage of the police van.

I laughed when the commentator said the prosecution was declaring “this” turn probably caused the violent collision Gray had to hurt himself.

“This” turn they showed was nothing worse than running a stop sign. He didn’t even swing out and have to compensate to get in the lane. Very minor and laughable.
