The pro-abortion movement received a massive victory from the Supreme Court yesterday in striking down common sense regulations on abortion clinics to ensure they protect womens health. After leaving womens hung out to dry, whats the next step for abortion advocates?
According to abortion activist Sandra Fluke, the next step is forcing Americans to pay for abortions. Fluke outlined a number of scenarios in an interview where Americas might be forced to fund abortions via Medicaid, for abortions for women in the armed forces and forcing Americans to pay for abortions view their health insurance premiums.
Heres more:
ALEXANDER: So abortion rights advocates scored obviously whats viewed widely as a big victory today. Where does the fight for reproductive rights go from here?
Keep up with the latest pro-life news and information on Twitter.
FLUKE: Well, Im so glad you asked because this is a huge victory for the women of Texas and so many states that were really suffering under these trapped laws. But we have an ongoing fight in many states, especially around a affordability. This is about making the right to reproductive access a reality in practice, not just on paper. And if you cant afford to exercise this right, its really not as meaningful to you. So for women who are in the military, women who receive medicaid, and even women who live in states where they cant afford or are not allowed to buy insurance that covers abortion on their state exchanges, they have major barriers to access. And thats our next fight.
“This is about making the right to reproductive access a reality in practice, ...”
Uhmmm.....destroying a life is not reproducing.
and Medicaid.
too many yrs of Clintoon and bammey...
too many bought off judges...
sure, pubs have selected crap judges too, but not as many...
when people threw their vote down the toilet with Perot they elected Clintoon....when they did not vote last prez election or voted third party, they elected and re-elected bammey....
small actions ultimately can lead to huge and horrific actions...
so I am not going to bed, but if we don’t elect pubs enmass we have no chance...even with pubs enmass, its a crap shoot, but our chances in the long run are better....
A fluke is a parasite.
This scag should learn to STFU !
With this decision by the supreems women are now going back to the alley shops and the bent coat hangers.
Texas only wanted basic hygene for abortion clinics and the Dr’s do need admitting rights at hospitals for their mistakes.
I knew from the start that they wanted to force us to pay for abortions, aids care, sex “change” operations, and euthanasia.
Aren’t we supposed to stay out of their bedroom? How about the results of that ‘bedroom’.
If I have to pay then I have some say.
As I learned in a Tough Love class.
He who writes the checks, checks the rights.
They can get birth control pills for under ten bucks without insurance.
Fluck? Doesn’t that rhyme with...never mind.
Someone posted a recent photo of old Sandy on another site. I didn’t recognize her without that Sealy Posturpedic she usually had strapped to her back. Heard it was in the shop for a much needed recovering.
It just doesn’t stop.
I want the Gubmit to pay for my guitar strings, dammitt!
From Sandy? Nope. I wouldn’t XXXX her with obozo’s XXXX!
(Fill in the blanks)
We pretty much are through taxes and that money given to abortion clinics by government.
Sacraments should be free.
We already are forced to pay for abortions.
This snake needs some snakeshot.

Fluke was the topic of our blue collar lunch room discussion one day. One guy asked how anybody could spend what she claimed was $6000 per year on birth control when you can buy a month’s worth of the pill at your local pharmacy for around $20. Another worker (who happens to be Black) chimed in “maybe she has to pay that kind of money to get laid!” The room erupted in laughter.
Patriots need to wake up to the idea that the states have never delegated to feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for abortion purposes.
Note that one way that the 19th Amendment has backfired is the following. That amendment, in conjunction with the ill-conceived 17th Amendment, has given low-information women the right to vote for members of Congress, such women evidently not understanding that corrupt lawmakers are winning their votes by promising them unconstitutonal funding for abortions.
