So that justifies the BLM crowd killing white cops, and the knockout “game” that targets whites.
120 years ago, Democrats were whipping up race hatred against blacks in the Jim Crow South to maintain power. Now, Democrats are whipping up race hatred against whites to maintain power. Some things never change. The Democrats always have been and always will be the Party of Race.
I am so stealing that.

I’m not sure what your point is. This is a daily posting of the newspaper from 120 years ago. And this sort of stuff did in fact happen. History is not political though some may try to make it so either by promoting certain interpretations or through censorship of inconvenient events.
If you look at all the headlines, you’ll see a story about 3 whites being lynched in Louisiana. As I recall, more whites than blacks were lynched in a number of states, but a little over 2/3 of the 4,700 lynched between 1882 and 1968 were black. Of course, blacks murdered 1,400 more blacks in 2010 and 2011 than the total lynched in the 86 years of Jim Crow. It should be obvious to all that the “racism” smear is just an effort to distract people from the pathology of black “culture”.

As a person with slave ancestry, I can tell you that everyone in my family voted Republican up until the late 40s, when the generation who grew up under FDR began slowly drifting toward the Dems.
Even through the sixties and seventies, all four of my grandparents remained loyal to the party of Lincoln, and wouldn’t vote Dem if you paid them. They knew from first hand experience in the deep south of their childhoods, what the Democrat party was really about.
