It's hard to believe over SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND white men gave their lives over the question of "Do black men have the right to stand as men or kneel as slaves?"

Most blacks stand, but a few feel their natural place is still on their knees. Now if we could only get them to say..."Yassah Massa!"

The Kaepernick kneel.

Some QBs get great games, but have no game management skills, and through that the other team exploits that weakness. Drew Brees is the best at tearing up teams who score way too quickly.

Losers and forgotten celebrities can still make the news; they just have to betray their country, or chop their balls off. As gross as Bruce Jenner is, Colon’s choice to insult America was even worse.

I’ve noticed all the effort to prop up and spin Kaepernick by the sports and national media. There was a huge national article in the local paper the other day about what a great person he is because of his protest and how he has support all over the country

Nothing about the boycott of how it’s hurting the NFL. When the NFL does discuss it’s lower ratings they dismiss the boycott as a non-issue.

Oh puhleeze. They scored all of 13 points. He looked like the second tier befuddled qb that he is.

So what? It’s a two-half (or four quarter) game... and the Niners lost!

Reminds me of Josh Rosen, the quarterback for UCLA who went on Trump’s Palos Verdes golf course in August with a “F**k Trump” hat. He has been so bad this season that Jim Mora, his coach, was quoted as saying “Josh Who?” UCLA has lost about every game they played.

Thought that was extremely low class of Rosen - one, you're playing on a course owned by the man, show a modicum of respect; two, who goes around wearing a hat that says 'f**k' anything on it? But.... and there's always a big but isn't there? .... hasn't Rosen been hurt most of the season? (East Coast Bruin fan here, an artifact of my days in SoCal).

What you said, goes for me to.

Still not watching. And I go back to when the 9’ers played at Kezar.

At the end of the 1st half, only because I just looked, the Saints led 31 - 20. 2nd half Saints 10 - 3. Final 41- 23.

I am committed to not watching any football.

Me too. They’re the “San Jose 49’ers” now. The SF 49’ers vanished along with the ‘Stick.

I don’t give a rat’s ass if he threw for 10,000 yards and 25 touchdowns.

The NFL is DEAD to me and millions of others like me.

The sport probably should be banned anyways, too many head cases.

The symptoms are you don’t respect the Flag and kneel during the Anthem.

How does the NFL replace a fan like you?

They can't. The best they can hope for is somebody who turns on the game from time to time, to keep their TV ratings up.

They are using the wrong metric, and coming up with the wrong strategy.
