Prosecuting Podesta publicly without solid evidence makes the right look fringe, and undermines their credibility.

You can't refer to your own assumptions as proof of guilt. i.e. my knowledge of babies chewing things is no more "proof" of Podesta et.al.'s innocence than your knowledge of photography is of their guilt.
I, and many others, have said - you may be entirely right. This MAY, God forbid, be a global sex trafficking ring. But what's been presented so far is hardly enough to make a legal case. As I pointed out, it was Drudge who broke the Lewinsky story. He's not "holding out" on pizzagate because he's blind.
Can we at least agree that more substantial proof is warranted? Does doubt make someone your enemy? I don't believe that.
A very good question. A simpler one is, if he and his employee's Instagram accounts didn't contain possibly incriminating evidence against them, why did they all so quickly block access? The picture of a very young girl bound to a table as she was would typically be more than enough for child protective services to investigate if this was going on in many people's homes. And not one parent of any of the children has come forward in his defense, wonder if they're even still involved in these child's lives?
Just what the world needs, more vicious New Yorkers with “Literature” degrees, who can’t take what they dish out.

Who said I said this was proof beyond reasonable doubt? We simply are discussing the theory known as pizzagate but some of you guys, tonight, rushed in to squash all discussion. Which obviously is not going to happen any time soon unless the owners decide it is verboten.
It is not the baby chewing that gives the photo away - it is the arrangement of the cash. No baby fingers could arrange it like that. Whether it is creepy or not is in the eye of the beholder. It is not pornography and I never said it was. But, if you believe that this is a pedo/baby selling operation - no, not proved but suspected - that photo plays into that suspicion. Please, believe what you want to believe but don’t shut down discussion. Simply avoid these threads.
What bothered me the most was not that instagram photo but the one of a man holding a baby and the words “chicken hawk” written alongside. That was Alefantis remarks or a friend of his as I remember. That scared the hell out of me.
This thread has degenerated into mostly name calling and pigeon holing rather than discourse. I posted here initially because discussion on PizzaGate certainly IS warranted - but rather than bring additional facts they’ve found, people seem content to just tell you you’re on the wrong side if you don’t accept that this is evidence enough.
What’s great about forums is the occasional bright light who although you may not completely agree with them, brings up valid points and makes you rethink your own stance. Not exactly how this thread has gone.

Evidence? I urge FReepers to look at how many leaps of logic you are required to make, and dots you are required to connect yourself, in order to believe this PizzaGate stuff has merit. Pizzagate may end up proving something about the owner of Comet Pizza - or somebody else - but I certainly stand by the statement that the evidence against Podesta doesn’t have any merit so far. Extraordinary claims here are met with weak and uncorroborated “evidence”.

But when are those who are screaming this is all so unfair to investigate the Clintons and their contacts going to to admit that further investigation will be required to gather more proof, should it exist? It was just yesterday that the tweet from Andrew Brietbart accusing Podesta of child trafficking was found.
That will only increase the interest of those looking into this, whether that further upsets the protestors or not. What the Clintons were doing in Haiti with convicted child trafficker Laura Silsby is another thing that needs to be further checked out, along with the researcher into this very subject that was recently murdered. Or have you not heard?
