It’s no secret that former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has a baby who was born with prenatal Down syndrome.
His name is Trig.
Over the years the left has pounded the Palin’s son mercilessly.
Because, “tolerance” or something.
Today, the 2008 VP nominee shamed Walmart for pushing a coffee mug that reads, “Got retard?”

Folks, this is the age of Trump and not being oversensitive to little things, while still caring about big things (in fact, now not losing the caring for the big things in the exaggerated caring for little things).

I think a former CEO of Wal-Mart admitted it once with a statement to the effect
With over 2 million employees - there’s a high probability at any time that someone, somewhere in the company is doing something seriously stupid.
When I was growing up “Retarded” or “Mentally Retarded” WAS the politically correct term. I remember teachers in school yelling at kids who called used the term “moron” or “idiot” and telling them the proper term was “retarded”.
I can kind of see the point. Cruel kids might call such handicapped children “retards.” That shouldn’t be encouraged.
But there is a silver lining in every cloud.
Often the “retards” (and “cripples” etc.) end up being some of the most caring people on the planet. It’s a blade that definitely can swing both ways. Being forced to slow down and smell the roses, results often in people who can tell the rest of the world everything they have missed about said roses.
