FULL TITLE: Outrage as judge saves teenage football player, 19, from jail over locker room attack against mentally disabled boy he assaulted with a coat hanger because it wasn't 'racial or sexual'
A judge is facing calls to be disbarred for allowing a high school football player to walk free from court despite assaulting a mentally disabled boy with a coat hanger.
Judge Randy Stoker spared 19-year-old John RK Howard from jail on Friday because he said he did not deserve to be punished as a sex offender.
Howard was 18 when he and two other teens lured the unnamed, black victim, who they had nicknamed 'fried chicken', into the locker room at Dietrich High School in Idaho and assaulted him by kicking the coat hanger up his backside.
Howard was initially charged with a felony sex crime but struck a plea deal with prosecutors last year to have the charges lowered to felony injury to a child - a non sexual crime.
He submitted an Alford plea which means that while he maintains his innocence, he believes prosecutors would have won at trial.

Assaulter must come “from a good family” that’s politically connected. I’d be looking real serious at taking this to a higher court, suing in civil court, and of course I’d be looking hard at burning this judge to the ground. The judge is a moron, all he’s doing by giving the object-rapist an easy ride is encouraging the family to pursue street-justice.

I wouldn’t be nearly so concerned about what motivated the attack as I would about peritonitis and death. How this wasn’t attempted murder is a bit of a mystery.

While I’m certainly not supporting this decision, it is important to realize that it’s difficult to keep the LGBT bunch happy and what is assault and sodomy today, to this bunch, is ‘play time’ a few years from now - at least if he wants to keep the LGBT bunch happy.
So we’ll see more of these decisions, most likely.

While this may have been spontaneous bullying, there should be at least *some* mention if it was not spontaneous, though it wouldn’t have any bearing on the outcome.
The “mainstreaming” of mentally disabled children in schools doesn’t always work out. And the system goes to lengths to insure they are given maximum care and consideration; sometimes at the expense of the other children. Done injudiciously, this can generate anger and resentment at the disabled children.
Screaming tantrums, violent rages, very inappropriate scatological and sexual behavior during class, are often excused. Though for normal children, “disruptive behavior”, so much as an inappropriate garment or crude joke or sharing a piece of gum, can result in immediate suspension or expulsion.
The end result for the normal children is that particular classes are so stressful that they cannot learn in them, and they must always be on guard lest the mentally disabled student physically attack them.

Not a stretch with all the ‘trans’ and ‘surrogate’ going around. He was following through on the ‘education’ he was getting in his HS classes.
Back when I was in high school, there was a retarded black kid in the general population. Yet he was short and slow and was not a threat to any one. Some times during baseball season the bright kids would gather around him and he would talk about how Hank Aaron had hits and scored runs.
