It - a Syrian doctor (UK citizen) who had run off to help ISIS and upon his return to the UK was arrested and spent a year in jail, investigated for being involved in the kidnapping of westerners, and then fled back to Syria, where he has been “reporting” gas attacks with regularity. His name is Dr. Shajul Islam, and he’s tweeting this “attack” all over the place.
