Those looking for alternative ways to protect their eyes from Mondays solar eclipse are now seeking medical treatment after putting sunblock on their eyeballs.

Are these people that stupid?
Easy to tell which party they vote for.
Of course. All that money for glasses, when people could just have sprayed in water-resistant SPF 70.
The stupidity....it burns
That has to be a rhetorical question.
That’s crazy of them.
Everybody knows you were supposed to cut up your solar glasses to make contact lenses.
This explains a lot: Pelosi, Waters, Barbara Lee, Jerry Brown ..
To paraphrase my son, make something idiot-proof, and nature provides an idiot upgrade.
Seems like stupidity has become the national past time.
The scary thing is that they’re actually more stupid than that.
I wish I would have thought about that. /s
I’m convinced we manufacture the best idiots here.
That’s sort of like the morons who put lemon-scented dish detergent on their salads because there was a picture of a lemon on the label.
Honestly, I’m surprised one of my sons didn’t suggest it.
California is the answer yes.
YGTBK, right?
No injury in the USA is complete without a lawsuit. Are they going to sue the manufacturer of the sunscreen for not putting a warning label on it: “Warning, do not use to block sun during eclipse. Although it is called ‘sun blocker’, it is used to block sun on your skin, idiot, and not on your eyes, dummy! What kind of stupid are you to put this on your eyes? Do you expect us to protect you against your own idiocy?”
