Eric Bolling Jr. Was On Cocaine, Harmful Drugs Night Before Death: Friend

The son of former Fox News host Eric Bolling, who was found dead in his bed at his apartment in Boulder, Colorado, on Sept. 8, was on cocaine and other drugs during a party the night before his death, his friend has told the Daily Mail. Referring to the reports that suggested that the 19-year-old may have killed himself, his close friend Wayne Carter, 21, said the teenager would have never done that.

Carter talked to the Daily Mail about Eric Jr.'s illicit substance consumption at the party, adding he was also sending his videos to friends via messaging app Snapchat at the time. Carter revealed that Eric Jr. had once taken heroin but the night before his death he was sticking to "just college drugs — cocaine, weed, alcohol, Xanax sometimes."

Carter said Eric Jr. wouldn't tell him anything directly "because he was so proud of his dad. But clearly inside, it was eating him up." However, Carter also said that Eric Jr. would never intentionally take his own life. He also said the partying and drug use was what "did it for him" in the end.

"I'll put it like this — he was a partier. I don't think he would have intentionally done it [killed himself]. But I definitely think he upped it once when he heard that news and that's what caused his demise," Carter told the Daily Mail.

Eric Bolling was pro pot and said marijuana was safer than drinking. Does he not think pot is a gateway and did his pro pot stance get his kids to try drugs?

Also, if Eric didn’t send the pics, why did his attorney say Eric “does not believe” he sent the pics? Why not say “I did not...send...those pics...to those women?!!!”

Why would someone have pics of their private parts?

“just college drugs — cocaine, weed, alcohol, Xanax sometimes.”

I guess that’s why my college days were drug free. I never lived on campus. Never came up against cocaine, either, but you get the impression that nowadays it is as readily available as Cream of Wheat.

Cocaine by itself is dangerous, cocaine and alcohol combined is very dangerous, cocaine, alcohol and xanax combined is mind blowingly dangerous.

Furthermore, I understand that cocaine is now being cut with fentanyl, which is lethal.

I personally do not believe in gateway drugs though, and I prefer to believe in gateway personalities.

I think that any given person is either predisposed to spiral downward with drug abuse or not.

Some people seem to be able to control their substance intake quite well, while others spiral out of control.

I was in the latter grouping.

Best advice to anyone is stay sober.

There is no good point in altering yourself with chemicals.

Doing so does not create happiness. It creates madness and death.

Screw your holier than thou comment bro, this site is filled with more recovering alcoholics, drug addicts and hypocritical Christians than any other site on the internet....

Eric Bolling and his family need support and prayers, not bullshit comments such as yours....

Idiots such as you make me embarrassed to even be a participant on this site.

People who are pro drug need to admit that drugs kill people.
No such thing as a safe drug.

I feel horrible for his parents.

We sure eat our own. Why in the world think anything Eric has done deserves this pain? Ridiculous and shameful. He sent a pic. OMG! Let’s destroy his life. It was dumb but should not be life ending.

Good Lord, how many times have young people died because of their lifestyles that included daily amounts of drugs and alcohol??? Who started this suicide scenario anyway? The kid killed himself all right......you can’t live long doing what he did. Whatever Eric did or did not do IMHO had nothing to do with an out of control kid dying.

That kind of thing can be found at every school, even the service academies. It’s depressing, but true.

I diagree. It comes from upbrining. If dad says he would rather he do drugs than drink, he’s going to do drugs. This kind of pot is safe thinking should not be taught to kids.

Not all of us freepers are jerks. I share your disgust over the sneering or judgmental comments about Chase Bolling. Eric Bolling will never have another happy day. Bolling is a flawed person — as are we all — yet anyone who doesn't feel deep compassion for what he now suffers is a warped human being.

Stretching the facts a bit to support a disgusting argument is an epic fail..............

“I guess that’s why my college days were drug free. I never lived on campus.”

Yep, I kept my kids at home during college, mainly due to the drug culture, but just as much due to the liberal brainwashing. Worked out fine.

The bottom line is that today there is NOTHING TO GAIN, at least for the kid, in living away from home while at college. I would strongly recommend that people who are able to, keep their kids living at home during those years, even if it means not going to the ‘best’ possible school.

Obviously it doesn’t guarantee anything, but like everything else in life, you play the odds and hope for the best.
