troops of the Imperial Japanese Army capture the Chinese city of Nanking. It would be the beginning of a six week orgy of murder, rape, and torture of as many as 300,000 Chinese prisoners of war and Chinese men, women and children. The Japanese also burned down one third of the city. This was among the most brutal war crimes committed by an army, famous for its brutality to prisoners and civilians.

There’s a few movies out there on this subject, some I think produced by the Chinese. I cannot understand the absolute brutality by the Japanese, or for that matter Mao and his merry little band of butchers afterwards. Then we have Pol Pot.

It’s not just Asians, unless Hitler and Stalin were.

Point being, as long as we have the 2nd Amendment, we can defend ourselves against the very tyranny our dem rat buddies want for us.

Don’t forget Genghis Khan and the other Khans from Mongolia that followed him.

“I cannot understand the absolute brutality by the Japanese, or for that matter Mao and his merry little band of butchers afterwards. “

Somebody was telling a story about watching a WW2 movie with an Asian. In the movie, a German soldier comes to talk with the Americans while under a flag of truce. The Americans won’t surrender and the German walks back to his lines. The Asian whispers, “Why didn’t the American shoot the German?” So, he explained the rules of truce. The Asian was amazed.

The thing is, both the Germans and the Americans come from a Christian culture. Whether we are actual Christians or not, we adhere to the cultural rules rooted in the Christian heritage. The rest of the world has no idea what we take for granted. They see people who don’t kill when they could, who don’t take slaves when they could, as weak.

If Asians had a Christian background then probably the horror that was Nanking and then, Mao and later Pol Pot would probably not have taken place the way they did.

Oh, Christian cultures can create monsters. Stalin, for example. Hitler. But they are more the exception than the rule. And, if you’ll notice, those horrors were committed by men who hated Christianity.

Won’t find that in any Japanese history books but they’re rife with Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

It could be that Asian cultures tend to be fatalistic.

What's going to happen is going to happen and best to get while the getting is good.

No story about the fall of Nanking would be complete without mentioning John Rabe.

Rabe was a German businessman and diplomat who used his Nazi Party membership to create a so-called “Safety Zone” in Nanking. He did this to protect Chinese civilians. It is estimated that he saved 200,000 Chinese from being massacred by the Japanese. Quite a man.

Iris Chang, a great historian, who wrote the English language book on the Japanese rape of Nanking: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qKWDr4K7V3I Sadly, Chang killed herself at age 36 leaving behind a husband and a two year old son. A really sad story. One of the things that lead to her depression was what she had discovered in her research on the rape of Nanking.

.
The rest of the world knows very well what the Christian world is like — that’s why they are migrating to it. You don’t see any muzzie migrating to a Muslim country, do you?
