A California man is likely altering his regular sushi habit after discovering a tapeworm that may have entered his body through the raw salmon he loves so much...
...The man thought he was dying, Banh said, Oh my goodness my guts are coming out of me, and started pulling at the worm. Once the tapeworm moved in his hand, Banh said, instead of just being horrified, the man was also relieved to know that it wasnt his own entrails.

Yay! Finally!!
I'd like to thank my mentor, Lazamataz, who stuck with me and nurtured my special style of gung fu.
And I wouldn't be here without my mama. The lady who put up with my shenanigans and unruly behavior and still made me breakfast. She is an angel and I owe it all to her. Thanks, mom.
It is truly an honor.
Is there a cash prize?
wonder which restaurant? was it Ha Ha Sushi?
After eating sushi for so many years...
Have you seen an ophthalmologist?
They say blindness is a possibility.
Funny you should say that. I have an appointment for next Thursday. No joke.
Mom was right. It just took longer than I expected.
Probably sushi eaten in Cancun.
You might become a Japanese movie star, like Mishima?
That and he was a gifted writer.
You can post them but you can't make us watch them.........LOL!
As a side note, I never click on a post that has Ants or Giant Spiders in the title.......
Objects in mirror are shorter than they appear.
And maybe that eye degeneration thing?
Yea, after pulling a 5 foot worm out of my butt I'm sure I would breath a sigh of relief too..........NOT!
As a side note, I never click on a post that has Ants or Giant Spiders in the title.......
A large magnifying glass, properly used, can be an excellent training tool for ants.
Show them that you are their master!
No more fear.
They sure are. That's why some people spend a lifetime trying to make them grow by brute force, and damn the vision thing, as Bush would say.
Priorities.
Your affiliation with Master Laz is quite apparent.
He has trained you well.
Needs a third line, but I ran out of words.
If I had time, Caine from Kung Fu may have a useful line.
He has trained you well.
(Needs a third line)
Your gung fu is superlative.
***Bonus fourth line***
I seek not to know the answers, but to understand the questions.
Kwai Chang Caine
For a hundred years Diatomaceous Earth was used to kill tapeworms in the body.
Some folks still use this treatment on dogs: DE dosed at 5% of the weight of their food.
DE kills any insectoid that has a segmented body, like ants.
I put a ring of DE around my house to kill cockroaches. It kills them dead, and yet my kids are free to frolic in it with impunity.
My 6 year old has a blast using the flour sifter in the backyard, spreading DE everywhere.
The joys of raw food . . .
DANG!
Could have been worse, could have been a Duct Tapeworm.
I just don’t eat raw fish, eggs or meat. Or scallions.
...could have been a Duct Tapeworm.
And that is why you have a service clean your ducts each year.
