A Colorado mother of four was stabbed to death last week by a homeless man she was sheltering in her home, her family says.
Jeanna Leslie, 49, was found dead in her apartment on Valentine's Day six days after she was fatally stabbed, police said. Police arrested 40-year-old suspect, Terry Dunford, Friday after receiving a tip. He has been charged with first-degree murder, CBS News reported.
Leslie reportedly took in Dunford and another homeless man and allowed them to live in her apartment to help them through a tough time.

It’s like taking in stray dogs. Sometimes they’re coyotes. They just look like dogs.
People always want to think that other people are kinda similar to them, deep down. The problem is that the only way we are all similar is that we are all sinners. And it is quite possible that the person you are taking into your home was never taught the constraints on that sinful nature that you were. And if they are “chronic” homeless, there is a good chance they weren’t. i.e. there is a reason they are homeless.
Regarding people, there are a lot of coyotes out there.
If you want to be compassionate to the homeless, send a check to the local shelter/food back and let the pros handle the aid. A lot of homeless people are such because they have psychological problems. I’m not saying this to be disparaging, it’s just a fact. Normal/healthy people both desire to and have the ability to maintain a place to reside. Yes, there are a lot of good people who have suffered misfortunes and end up in bad situations, but most chronicly homeless are not completely right.
i have been victimized by people i tried to help. Way of the world

Man, some people are so stupid.
no good deed goes unpunished
This must be the sequel of the dippy Mass Mutual’s Super Bowl “I’ll Stand by You” commercial, in which a women invites a homeless Black man into her home. Yeah. Sure.
The article doesn’t say why. For the fun of it?
I got out of the helping nice guy game years ago.
Same reason as yours.
Yep. They're not as usually depicted by media and other stories; grateful for anything they can get.
Most of the people I help always ask, "what else can you give me?"
Man, some people are so stupid.
“Thanks for teaching me how to live and dance and be without a freaking care in the world. Im really going to miss every single stinkin thing about you. “
No, not "dump" - expand with a short coda in which the homeless man knifes the family.
Regards,
She had her last quaff of Libtard Kool-Aid. Stupid can get you killed. Now fry the perp.
