In agonizing, painful, miserable news for the Trump-hating left, a new Marist poll finds that President Trump’s popularity has reached a new high at 42% approval, the highest it’s been since he took office. According to The Hill:

Trump’s approval rating rose from the 38 percent he received in the poll last month. And the percentage of Americans who strongly approve of Trump held at 24 percent from last month’s survey, an all-time high for the president.

At the same time, Trump’s disapproval rate, now at 50%, fell four percentage points from 54%. The voters that the Trump haters the left has fed from for the past year, is shrinking.

Time to recycle the losers in America, liberals and TDSers and their hatred towards candidate Trump and now President Trump.

Warning typical TDS/lame liberal language!

“I don’t know why anyone reads the NR anymore... its neocon tripe.”

I have suggested to JimRob that any who posts any bs article from the NR should contribute $25 up front and 5$ for any Never Trumpster posting a reply.

If anyone posts this BS, they should add at 3 reasons why the article is pure BS.

Trump has embraced a trade policy that has been used through out American history. By Republicans.

Well I can only speak for myself, I never believed any politician cared about voters or conservatism, but many did. I also believed that every politician in DC would try to get rid of him. Election night, many stated that having the House and Senate would be a windfall of conservative legislation despite Trump’s (supposed) conservatism. The opposite happened, both House and Senate had no interest in passing any conservative legislation.

So Trump had a choice, be a purist with no flexibility and get nothing done or push for collaboration.

The problem isn’t Trump’s purity, it is the GOP. Trump never claimed that he could ‘force’ the GOP to be conservative. He, like most, assumed they were.

I would hope that one would reserve judgement if they haven’t formulated what can be done that isn’t being done. Remember that most of the GOP did not vote for Trump. That says it all and creates an impossible working environment.

Trump did not give the opposition a few crumbs. He once again outflanked the opposition. The opposition, the DNC/CPUSA elites, do not care about the working people. They are just to be used as props, then discarded. Trump has exposed the elites hypocrisy.

Did it ever occur to this bozo that Trump in New York HAD to embrace Democrat politicians OR else he would never have gotten anything done? The city is run by Democrats!

Yeah, those old policies never panned out for Americans. Those policies were the ones that feckless retards masquerading as bold conservatives pushed.

They have been kicked to the curb because they conspired with Obama.

It has largely slipped under the radar screens of partisan hatred in Washington, but has anyone noticed that in the last couple of months Donald Trump has become . . . a Democrat?

The reason it has "slipped under the radar screens of partisan hatred in Washington" is probably because it's totally false.

Yeah, that tax cut the President and the GOP just passed—the one that not a single Democrat supported—was quite the Democrat piece of legislation, wasn't it?

The #NeverTrump crowd at NR—not to mention some resident members of the same club—need to put down the crack pipes they seem to be passing around...

Then we had "tax cuts" which were really minuscule and a lot went to illegals.

Mere crumbs, right? Is that you, Nancy?

And President Trump is obviously a big fan of illegals.

You're beclowning your #NeverTrump self...

Karl Marx was a big free trader, thinking it would be the death of Capitalism. Tariffs were a Republican thing from Lincoln to Coolidge.

National Review can’t help but eat sour grapes just as we can’t help enjoying winning.

Trump ran as a populist, not a conservative. Some of Trump’s positions were supply side. Supply side wasn’t conservative until late in Reagan’s presidency when it proved to work to increase government revenue, not decrease it contrary to the voodoo economic accusations of Bush I.

Tariffs were always Navarro style far left. Far left wacko Navarro was selected by Jared to be Trump’s trade advisor.

Immigration regulations were always far left population control until Post-911 (with the exception of confused Pat Buchanan).

“He is in fact a Libertarian.”

example LP position:

“We support the removal of governmental impediments to free trade. Political freedom and escape from tyranny demand that individuals not be unreasonably constrained by government in the crossing of political boundaries. Economic freedom demands the unrestricted movement of human as well as financial capital across national border”

rest of LP platform:

https://www.lp.org/platform/

Reading that, I don’t see a nickel’s difference between the LP and the far, far left Democrats ... so, if in fact Tanner is an LP, then pretty ironic for him to be the one pretending to be upset about his fake claim that Trump is a Democrat ...
