Amy Schumer is recovering after being hospitalized for five days with a “horrible” kidney infection.
The “I Feel Pretty” star was supposed to fly to London for the opening of her new movie, but announced in the post that her doctors wouldn’t let her travel.

I'll assume her medical condition is real and I hope she recovers.
However, this is in line with marketing.
Have you ever noticed when an actor or musician has a new something coming out they suddenly appear in a news story?
It's all a PR trick to get free promotion and plug their new project.
Once you recognize it you can't believe you never noticed it.

A few years ago, I was hospitalized for several days with a kidney infection (pyelonephritis). That was not fun.
I’m not promiscuous and I have very good personal hygiene but, for some reason, I’ve always been susceptible to UTI’s, kidney infections and have had kidney stones. Even when I was young. I have no idea why.
That being said, I can’t muster much sympathy for Schumer.
I think I left out an important fact...the ER I worked at was an inner city ER mainly patronized by the area’s less prosperous and less well educated.That’s the extent of my experience...if I had worked in a suburban (or rural) ER perhaps my view would have been different.

UTI’s are a way of lfe for disgusting sluts like Amy.
She probably picked up the infection from a dog or a donkey, no human male would have sex with her, even if she paid him.
She may feel pretty, but she looks butt ugly.

but people DO get hospitalized when UTIs are misdiagnosed and devolve into kidney infections, which can be fatal if not diagnosed and treated quick enough. That actually happened to me, though fortunately not the fatal part ...
Everyday, people in this country endure and encounter this, see any headlines for them? I can care less about WTF is happening or going on with Amy Schumer.............
