I know it's a hard concept for some... simply put, what that decision says that only laws passed that reinforce the Constitution are valid.

Since your not smart enough for simple concepts, I will try to help you (not thinking that your abilities are up to speed, but here we go)

Dredd Scott was a law that was passed and courts allowed it to stand for a number of years? Your argument that the courts are so great belies your understanding.

Stick to simple things how do they get toothpaste in the tube.

A law repugnant to the Constitution is NOT void until a court finds it in conflict with the Constitution.

If you would spend as much time informing yourself as you do trying to be clever you may one day have something important to share.
