Battle for Belorussia: The Red Army’s Forgotten Campaign of October 1943-April 1944 by David Glantz.
I first read Collapse of the Third Republic when I was in 7th grade. I think it’’s better than Rise and Fall of the Third Reich. My paperback version disintegrated so I downloaded the Kindle version. I highlighted the passages that echo into our time and situation, mostly about the growing divisions in our country and how our government and institutions are not stopping them.
Sorry, I thought I told everyone:
Milo Yiannopoulous’s “Dangerous Books” (as well as the rest of his media empire) went bust when his second financial backer in six months pulled out. Actually, this one died of an OD.
The rights to Reagan reverted to me, and Post Hill Books has picked up the Reagan biography (the good news) but it won’t be out til NEXT Father’s Day (the bad news).
I hope the alliance with Post Hill is a great one. I had high hopes for Milo’s marketing ability. If you did a pre-order on Amazon you can get your money back.
“To the Gates of Richmond,” about the Peninsula Campaign.
“A Dog’s Purpose.”
“The Great War of Our Time” about the war against Islam.
“The Scandalous Presidency of Barack Obama”
and rereading “A Patriot’s History of the United States” for a 4th edition submission in December, now updated through Zero and the first two years of Donald the Strong.
Folks, I’m sorry, it was a really bad joke. In my defense, I was feeling like crap last night. Something I ate. It was just coming on when I posted. I was out of it all last night.
It was great of you to give Milo’s venture a shot. I am not out anything — I was going to order a promotional signed copy when we could figure out how to do it.
You’re here in AZ, right?
Yep. And I was going to get with you, at your convenience, when the distribution started. We are at opposite ends of the valley.
That’s right. We’ll think of something.
Reading “History of Salt.” Interesting.

I received as gift Michael Connley's "Two Kinds of Truth." I just got the part where he slams President Trump. There was no need for it, and it didn't fit into the narrative.
It's been a while since I've read one of his books but don't recall him being political.
(((Laz)))
Just finished “Quantum Void” by Douglas Phillips. Sci-Fi fiction about quantum space and it’s implications.
