Here is a brief synopsis of what many on the thread thinks that Q is telling us,here.
That the "runaway" plane was piloted by a trained pilot, and not an X-box trained ground crew member. That a missile was launched at the plane or near it. He suggests that the F-15's got there quicker than they normally would have, suggesting that they were ready more quickly than they should have been if the cover story were accurate.
Q says the timing of the aircrafts converging when they did and the quickness of the missile intercept fall outside of the "standard deviation" suggestive of perhaps a pre-arranged plan.
There are at least two possible interpretations of the [fish] cpmment.
One, that the "stolen" plane was [Fishing] for a missile launch from a known site on the island, which the plane had circled numerous times. And that once the missile launch was [fished], the F-15s took out the missile and the launch site.The purpose of the [Fishing] expedition being to allow the targeting and destruction of the missile launching platform (for various reasons).
Another interpretation is that somebody (the billionaire) is running some type of human trafficking operation on the island and [Fishes] for victims there (pedo site).
And still another says [Fish] refers to a John Podesta related pedo symbol.
Q suggests that a billionaire owns and lives on the island and infers that he is being tracked or located by Geo-T(tracking) by some type of GPS technology.

There are two schools of thought, here.
This appears to be a power or influence pyramid with (MOS) at the top. (MOS) has been used before by Q to indicate the Mossad, Israel's intelligence group.
Others say MOS stands for "Media Object Server", or a protocol that allows for cooperation between media. See Cboldt's post for details.

So, according to these two theories, either the Mossad is coordinating and influencing the message, CIA style, to the media and the politicians,who then influence their "affiliates", two blanks that Q doesn't fill in. Possibly street level activists, maybe celebrities, and/or the people in general? Mouthpieces of any type?
What tips the scale toward MOS = Mossad in this scenario, is Q's use of "US politicians". It doesn't seem that the media doesn't directly influence the politicians, and even if they did, some entity is controlling the media. The media doesn't call the shot. Deep State through a layer, like the CIA, or in this case, the Mossad seems more likely.
And why would Q say "US" politicians, which makes one think that something outside the "US" is at work.
So, yea. The Oracle is on #TeamMossad on this one. But we shall see.
Q wants us, it seems, to see "who screams the loudest" (media and politicians) and make the connections up and down the pyramid and take note of the "affiliates" and the coordinated message, all those "marching to the same beat".

They tried, and failed, to identify himas a Q follower by saying that the BOOMS Q posted were foreknowledge of the bombings. Q seems to be telling us that these are stretegic set-ups in order to derail Q.
