If Taylor has concussion he will potentially be out several weeks so no decision.......

Yeah he should be fired if he doesn’t go with Baker Mayfield. This is a easy choice

It is an easy choice but this is exactly how he should handle this. Tyrod knows the decision too but he needs to have the discussion with both, not through the media.

QB ratings:

Baker Mayfield 100.1
Tyrod Taylor 39.6

Taylor was also 51.8 against the Steelers, and 94.6 against the Saints. His career rating is 89.5.

That's enough tape for me, until Mayfield proves otherwise.

Jets fell apart. Mayfield had ZERO touchdowns. If he was better than Taylor he had the pre-season and the first two games to prove it. He didn’t. He’s another Manzell, both hot-headed undersized quarterbacks. I expect Taylor will be starting the next game,

After two games Tyrod was 31st out of 32 quarterbacks in ratings. So sure, Hue keep him as your starter.

And Taylor was looking pretty inept even before he got his bell rung. I’d say there’s no question who should start next week.

I’d like to know who the idiot was who looked at a Thursday night prime time slot and thought that a Jets/Browns game would be the perfect match-up for it.

Hue Jackson has been a doddering fool with a very obvious media cover story for all his days.

This self-important blowhard declares ‘I am a leader of men.’ Well, yes, he’s led to being fired once and then to a 1-31 record with a franchise foolish enough to retain him until now.

Apparently Coach Jackson watched the game blindfolded then.

Uh…the starting QB gets 0 points. He is replaced by the rookie, who gets 21 points and changes the game from defeat to victory.

Apparently, it doesn’t take brains to get a coaching job in Cleveland.

Browns' Hue Jackson Has to 'Watch the Tape' Before Deciding Week 4 Starting Quarterback

A good reason why the Browns have won 1 game in the last several years.

We’re watching the slow, continued evolution of the QB position in the NFL from the Run/Read option athlete back to the pocket passer. Too many injuries for QB’s. This is the hidden reason Kaepernick is not on the NFL’s radar.

We’re down to Prescott, who is struggling, Wilson, who is starting to show the wear and tear, Watson, who missed too much time last year and Cam, who’s a freak of nature anyhow. RG3 did not last. And now Taylor is also going to be phased out.

With the new rules on roughing the passer there’s no point to exposing them to heavier hits on run plays.

And Baker Mayfield is starting next week . . . I’d bet the mortgage payment on it.

Don’t take my word for it, just look at the record: Hue Jackson is the worst NFL coach ever.
