I remember watching it.

20/20 covered it live, pre-empting regular programming................

So, did he announce he was joining Twitter on the 25th anniversary of slaughtering those people?

The chase was like watching paint dry except you were always anticipating something big like OJ hopping out and jumping off a bridge or the police shooting out his tires.

No I watched the chase and always expected him to get away with murder. The press fed off this case like animals

Still doing so

Why is the UPI commemoratiing this folly of our justice system? The last thing we need right now

I remember that day very vividly. Hard to believe it's now been a quarter of a century. So much has happened since then.

I remember having the day off from work (it was Friday, I believe) and it was during my bicycle riding days. I had my Trek bike on a 40-mile ride that took me around the outskirts of Boston and on up to the North Shore beaches where I ended up at my mother-in-law's house, where my wife was and would take me and the bike home.

I showed up at the house and everybody was glued to the TV to this car chase that was going on for hours. I was slightly bummed that OJ was mixed up in it because it would mean no more Naked Gun movies. Now those were some funny movies.

I also remember OJ from those Hertz ads. Or were they Avis? I don't remember. Whoever was #2 at the time. Because #2 was trying harder or something like that. Also, don't run through airports! That was another catch phrase.

I don't ever remember seeing OJ play football but I guess he was famous for that as well.

This happened at the start of the 1994 World Cup which was in the US that year. I was traveling around the country watching a few games.

I had a 2 hour layover in Atlanta airport, there was a game on at that time. I decided I would find a bar in the airport and have a beer or two while waiting for my flight and watch the game.

Every single TV in the airport was carrying CNN’s coverage of the OJ preliminary hearing.

I watched the slow speed chase live and was anticipating a red mist clouding the inside of that Bronco’s windows.

Me, too. But then I thought OJ had a conscience because he had always been presented as a ‘nice guy’. What a boil on the rump of humanity.

Poor OJ, thought he was white; when he and Al returned to OJs house on Rockingham in Brentwood after the “chase” there were 100s of black supporters there, as they arrived OJ said “What are all these (N word) doing in Brentwood?”
