The discovery is very recent to the point of not having been dated yet.

Here’s a photo (private party, sez do not archive, etc) from the 26th, iow, 3 days ago.

Yes, we have a lion fish rodeo every year here trying to get rid of the damn things, since they are an invasive species and eat everything in sight. Local restaurants even have it on menus.......................
