Dear Mr. President, First may I say THANK YOU for giving of your time and sacrificing your health , sanity, and wealth dealing with the important things of this country when you never had to- I deeply appreciate it!
Second, I was on Youtube and Spotify today and there were a lot of advertisements from Democrat candidates but none from you. The kids watch them...heck I am on there alot and I'm not young- please consider adding these places to your ad buys.
Thank you again Sir for everything!!
Money in and of itself doesn't make you dangerous, contrary to popular belief.
Jeb Bush was very well funded in the early 2016 primaries and flopped like a dead fish. Hillary outspent Trump and still lost the electoral college. Tom Steyer has been spending gobs of money this year on ads and is an asterisk in the polls.
You have to have something else, something that matches the electorate's mood. Wealthy businessmen are not the Democratic voter's favorite flavor right now. Maybe he sees something, but I suspect he will go nowhere fast.
I think someone in his campaign has already thought of their ad options. They're not waiting for suggestions from you.
But as bad as the democRATS are doing lately with their backfiring impeachment sham, their lousy field of candidates and their inability to fundraise like Trump, you might think about giving them some of your advice.
Is there any reason to be so rude to someone who means well, even if their logic is perhaps flawed?
If he answers get back to us - otherwise, .... well you figure it out.
I appreciate that he cleared up the question of if he was Neil Young or not
And those ads should simply be a video of Biden admitting to blackmailing the Ukraine over his son’s business dealings.
Nobody and it repeat, NOBODY had even seen it aside from us since the media is in the ‘Rats pocket.
B
well, this advice came alittle too late... alot can go wrong, by not following the rules... even by alittle.
the point is, are we communicating alittle by putting our thoughts in writing? alittle bit at a time. just alittle.
Agree, and my oldest son pointed this out to me just last night. Saw a Bloomberg add and showed it to me. He said he had never seen a Trump add. He’s 15 and will be voting in 2024!
What I said wasn't even directed at you and yet you're offended. If you're the type who is offended that easily, maybe you shouldn't be on social media.
Ironically, you're being rude in your comment to me but that doesn't even register with you. It's only the "other" guy who is rude in their comments to others.
BTW, is there any reason for you to not mind your own business? 😎
Sometimes, alot more coffee needs to be added to the pot.
Perhaps, a shot of whiskey might soothe their nerves.
Appreciate the post alot. :)
Here, in the Reno market, we are being bombarded by ads for Tom Steyer.
He CLAIMS to have ‘started an investment business years ago with very little capital, and to have grown it to over $30 BILLION.
His ads constantly slam against “corporations” & corporate profits.
I sure wish I knew exactly WHAT his investment company actually INVESTED in for so long a time.
Every investment story I have ever heard talks about the “PROFITS” of the company involved.
AFTER making all that money, Steyer slams the source of his success???
He also says: “Restore Organized Labor Force”.....
Which in plain English means he wants jobs unionized. Bernie has openly stated that EVERY SINGLE job in the USA should be UNION. Since the Dems have used the UNIONS for campaign funds so strongly in the past, it sure isn’t hard to see their end target.
Good luck with either of those idiots positions.
Bloomberg will have all him money plus his media machine plus his anti-gun machine too. “””
Also-—his anti-Big Gulp attitudes. Then the entire country can be prevented from purchasing large containers of soda.
That only means that a person will have to buy multiple containers of what they want to drink.....and all those plastic bottles———Another battle.
LOL
Looking back on the original post, I noticed a lot alot...
That's fine, as long as you're using it as a verb. The noun form would be 'breakup'.
Similar to the word, 'breakdown', which is a noun. The verb form is, 'break down'.
Tom Steyer is a wealthy man with no political experience, no name recognition, and no political organization for self promotion who is competing for the nomination according to the fund raising and popularity rules set up by the DNC. IOW, he has accepted the grinding and winnowing process the party believes will lead to a candidate who can beat Trump.
Bloomberg is a very wealthy man who has all the things that Steyer lacked and obviously believes that exempts him from the grind. His “campaign” will be conducted at a pace and in a style appropriate for a person of his wealth, status, and health/age. With respect to his ad campaign, if he thinks having to endure even more months of political advertising on television, print, radio, and in print is going to endear him with voters, well, it’s his time and money to waste.
Another post responding to this thread pointed out he is not going to get the nomination. True. He isn’t and he knows it.
But his presence as the gray eminence/political gravitational center may give an early course correction to the center needed to moderate the increasingly radical rhetoric being mouthed by the group of candidates whom the nominee will come from.
He will do that by his potential to financially aid the eventual nominee and the DNC. In addition, he may also be a way for wealthy big city “Democrats” to donate to DNC campaigns indirectly through contributions to Bloomberg’s political organizations. It would be clumsy and has to be carefully managed to stay legal but it might offer a way for reluctant wealthy Democrats to make contributions without becoming tainted by direct association with some of the more odious socialist confiscatory views being spewed out on a daily basis as real Democratic candidates compete for the very dark woke heart of the party’s primary electorate.
His and Steyer’s money and participation also will “earn” them a speaking appearance at the 2020 DNC Convention as another opportunity for Democratic and Democrat-leading voters to be entertained by seeing two wealthy men bash another wealthy man for their amusement.
“BTW, is there any reason for you to not mind your own business?”
So, it’s your business to comment, correct, make fun, and demean, but it’s nobody’s business to defend a FReeper? OK - got it.
I’ll give you the last word, since I know you can’t refrain from replying - but I won’t give you another thought. Have a great Thanksgiving.
UKrepublican - thanks for standing up for someone else, who’s just trying to help. Seems to be a lost characteristic these days.
I am so happy you all were here to point out I used a word incorrectly and I am sure you all felt great about yourselves afterward. CLEARLY none of you have better things to do in your life than ripping people down so thanks for that....
Sometimes I become jaded about the people on this site...did I use those words correctly? If not I am sure you all will jump in again...
and as far as my post, it was simply an observation...an observation made by me but also by my 25+ year old children who are listening and watching. Today they asked all about Bloomberg because he has flooded those platforms.
Thanks again for your KIND input...
thank you for your thoughtful post and for not being the word police...My kids 25+ have noticed it also and made comments several times.
