As somebody who could never hit the curve ball, I can relate. Fast balls and sliders I would put over the fence so nobody would ever pitch them to me.

Just watched Amir Tsarfati's latest video, of yesterday, and he said Israel has found a way to reproduce the antibodies to COVID-19. Maybe someone posted this already.

There are more than 100 making a very good living in MLB that can’t hit the curve.

The difference being they can see it coming and lay off, putting the pressure on the pitcher to get it over.

I think he has short-term memory loss, not only for the names of things but also for what he just said five words ago.

Prevotella antibiotic sensitivity. Note, chloramphenicol is 100% effective. It's bacteriostatic rather than bactericidal. Effective against the anaerobic form of vegetative Prevotella.

Antibiotics effective against Prevotella

I think you’ll be fine.

I go through that every time I shop, wondering if I did enough and if I washed my hands enough etc.

Right now, I have my facemasks hanging out in the sun to disinfect.

You life is in God’s hands and although we may not like what we migt face in this life, I striongly suspect that when we look back, we’ll wonder what the heck we were worried about.

Romans 8:18 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.

Thank you kindly, metmom.

Last night, I said a prayer. Well I read it aloud, word for word, because I don’t have this one memorized. It was Psalm 23. I find this prayer to be some of the most beautiful words that I’ve ever heard. These words seem fit what life is like these days.

I said this prayer for Hope and Courage. Specifically for the reason of my going to the store this morning. Of course, a day or two ago, someone made fun of me for saying that I was gonna pray for courage to go to the store, but they have their own battle that they are struggling with, I recognize.

This morning when I woke up, I found that I had the courage to go to the store, and so I went. When I got home, I found that I had the hope I need to set aside my frustration with others, at least for now. Might have to pray some more on that one.

Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer.

God bless you, metmom.

You are being irrational. I suppose it is natural as I seem to have stepped on a dogma of yours.

We all see the world through filters, and sometimes knowledge can be as blinding as ignorance.

As it turns out, ETCM, the person who said that to me is a hero with a beautiful soul.

I don’t know how else to say it, but it’s easy to lose track of our humanity in this, and that would be a true tragedy.

Our argument did not matter, and both of us learned from each other.

The Lord was at work today.

this is true - dual citizens and green cards were allowed back in. After DPrincess event, all cruisers should have been mandatory quarantined. Email followup may have been inadequate to keep returning travelers home. And, because we were unaware of person-to-person, there seemed less urgency in the public. Lesson learned in hindsight - contrary to WHO and CDC advice, travel restrictions do work and are effective but quarantine of incoming is an essential element to control.

I have a hunch that if we cut out Chinese traffic during Jan/Feb, or put all returning Chinese New Year travelers and all cruisers on mandatory quarantine, we’d have a lot less ‘normal flu’ cases each year - in and out of nursing homes.

God will always answer prayer that results in more Christlikeness in our lives.

“I was reading an article where some doctors/ caregivers are looking back to the increase of pneumonia deaths they had in early to mid March and now thinking “Hmm - I bet those were Corona virus.””

I was ridiculed for saying that. I referred to them as “pneumonia flu-negative”.

I’ve seen that guy post that crap and then ignore the refutation.

He’s an idiot.
